It is due to the fact that LSE is only stock exchange that quotes in pences (hundreths) instead of the full larger currency unit. Maybe that's normal for you but it is a source of confusing for people that don't actively deal with british stocks.

He owns 0.84% of a company worth 14.25mn GBP.

As comparison, another AIM company I was following had his CEO and COO voluntarily cut their salaries to 100k GBP from 200k GBP because the liquidity situation is terrible. But they actually own more than 15% of the company and are founders so it is in their best interest to not have their baby die.

MB owns about ~15.5mn shares worth ~120k GBP. He earns $550k a year. When in doubt its more important for him to make sure he gets paid :)

I suspect Thorn dumped the rest of his holdings very recently. He expected some pump orchestrated by the bulls here (maybe even believed the threat of a raise was low) to lighten his bags so he can squeeze out a bit more to rotate into a better investment.

Then the raise came in at a huge discount. At this point it was obvious the bull narrative was mostly wishful thinking so he dumped the rest.

Totally, reasonable sequence of action. Thorn there is no need to lie like this we are not that dumb
