Hi suzy, well the company has a right to reply I guess but if Thor is really intent on saying yes, then he has to engage Beowulf in terms of compensation and appeasing Sami. It would give me some comfort if we saw this engagement.

I’m ‘digging’ your positive vibe. The only real encouragement I got from the interview was
“The Minister of Trade and Industry also wants to emphasize that the current case concerns the cultivation concession and which use of the land in the area should take precedence.”

It could infer he’s saying don’t worry about this first green light as there are many other hurdles after it where further answers and obstacles will be navigated.

I’d feel happier if it stated Thor was also in dialogue with the company and not just the Sami. Plus we all know the UNESCO reports is unhelpful twaddle.

The issue with the self off today is psychological, so many false dawns all as a result of Swedish politics and bureaucracy, it’s no small wonder that investera collectively sh@t the bed on the smallest indication of a return to the default position re govt.

Are you still strongly convicted that the decisiion will go in our favour?, as to be expected seems a lot of negative/one sided media reporting going on if the Fb translations are correct and volume appears to have dried up in Sweden.

In the hopefully unlikely event that it was a 'no' for political reasons, how do you think that could be justified legally? , whats the mood over there?

I'm all for a flexible dynamic approach, seems we're not the only ones. Some bloke on here last night said this was a 'buy' in his opinion and 75p on the cards, todays he's declared he's got 25k swilling around, he's tempted but hey only tempted despite it being a buy in his opion and 4 fold increase on the cards, its of course not a lack of strenght in ones convicitons/ramp but a flexible appraoch on display.

Well tis kinda my point plenty of if/buts and maybes to navigate, it could be the sami are placated by some nice rewards or they could start blocking roads etc. I'm optomistic but wary given Swedish inability to follow due process and the law. I'd be as happy as anyone else for this to hit some of the numbers being suggested and it defintatly could if all things went well but what those timescales are is anyones guess.

No ones disputing that but just throwing arbitary numbers out becuase i have a feeling in my water, isn't demonstrating that .

I sold out when there was yet another delay, however I bought back in after reading several sami statements which convinced me that they were at least convinced the mine will be given the go ahead. Nothing is guaranteed however, I'm not making predictions on the sp as I simply dont know, fair value is one thing, politics, demonstrations,media bias, plu the inevitable appeal etc are another. This could run into the 20's in the next week and then stall, who knows, its anyones guess and thats what it is, we've not even been given the greeb light.

Whilst Gambier14 may have a touch of aspergers about him, your endless cheerleeding can be a bit tedious and patronising to lth, trust me we know exactly what the sp is doing,why and just a little bit of the background of the company...unless some have pricked their fingers on a spinning wheel 9 years ago of course.

It would have been more informative and useful if you'd replaced 'Patience' with '9 years'.
