Nobody leaves on the same day unless some life changing event has occurred or a conversation is had with HR, certainly not for a sabbatical, I'm on my way to a conference, oh No I forgot I've decided today is the day to turn my back on all my responssibilites and pursue my dreams. Now i certainly don't want it to be for any negative personal issues and I would admire anyone pursuing their dreams but that takes planning and consideration not cancel the conference, I'm off to live in the woods right now stuff.

Fact is these recent distasteful exchanges are between very long term holders, I’ve been here at least 15 years, made some, lost some. Point is we all know each other and recognise the online personas. So if it’s a bit of a talking shop/cafe in between decent news so what. I have become disenchanted with nudge budge as I still don’t think it was of his own choice and if it was then he’s more of a knob for it. I recognise Pockos disenchantment too and resonate with some of what’s he’s been saying re the management of bem. That said there’s little to be gained from insulting, brow beating the bem massiff. chill out everyone , we’re all adults and Suzy’s made buck and still in it for the long haul as am I. In my experience people leaving on the same day is never for a good reason. No succession planning, this was sudden and unexpected. No matter I do wish him well!.

As I suspected the market reaction is indifferent because he's not been delivering, well unless you call 2p a success, I'm sceptical about his departure because of that, you'd think he wouldn't want his lasting legacy to be the CEO who took sp to all time low and then jumped ship.

He's obviously been ousted, surprised there is not more comment here , perhaps most are ambivalent about KB's demise.

Clearly something has gone on behind the scenes, this isn't necessarily bad, I don't see much movement of the sp on this, whilst the market doesn't like uncertainty, we've just treading water now anyhow. Personally I'm dis-pleased by the way this has come about suddenly but am i sad to see KB go when we're at 2p after the concession has been granted.............this is not the greatest CEO, he has failed to deliver. I think this could be quite positive.

I've been in an out of here since blue swede Clive. What I'm most p@ssed about isn't the behaviour and consequences of swedish beaurocracy and culture that has been laid bare and exposed over the last dozen years, (though i'm mightly ****ed off about it), its KB utter failure to assimilate this knowledge and experience and to have an action plan,. This isn't a mining company its an exploration company and to not have an exit strategy on concession, to have not positively engaged lkab or other 3rd parties, with a sale or partnership or at least a promise of some fricking idea post concession is criminal. He's brought the company to its knees now, LKAB will wait for us to go bankrupt now and collude with the state to see the licences become theirs for free. Deliver somthing anything but stop promising jam tomorrow as for most of us this is tomorrow and its sh@t sandwich which you've made whilst keeping the smoked salmon for yourself.

Complacent, reactive management results when you're getting £100k's whilst bleeding others money, asleep at the wheel when concesssion granted its like he never beleived it would happen whilst promisisng the shareholder it was the big reward yet appears never preprared or planned for it. A sp of 20p a year ago but this genius does a cash call at 2.06p. Some might say he's He's a charlatan and mugged us all off or he's an just an imcompetnent fool, take your pick, either way he could sat in his penthouse talking to his financial adivsor about the most tax effecient way to keep your, I mean his money for his retirement. After 9 years to actually get a decision, is a surprise to everyone, I'm sure Kurt has had discussions in the past but any interested parties have probably need to be revived form their slumber and reminded of the conversations. Seriously you can only have so much dialogue on what maybe situations. I'm sure there is frenetic activity now and maybe we'll get an MOU in time

I wasnt actually referring to you te ramping but since you ask . Now the quick buck brigade have gone which suppressed the sp post concession then it won’t take a lot of positive news for her to start moving up, any prediction is a guess until we know Kurts plan and just how far along the curve in that plan he is. Any news of jv or an investor will propel this quickly or indeed in times if Llab come circling. I would expect a lot to happen before the year out that will get us into the 30s at least but it’s a guess. Thin air is when someone states > 50p without any reasoning for that other than sentiment
