What I found absolutely staggering about Spark was they appeared out of the blue and were granted with the acreage and did it all with not two pennies to rub together.....how does that work?

Sid et al , I bought 150k shares on wed/Thurs mbut found it pretty difficult to get any in big chunks. Maybe other pi's were doing the same as me and not institutions. This share is pretty illiquid and the price moved pretty sharply during my buying spree. Hoping for the best here but I'm not going to get too starry eyed (£££'s) at present wrt upward levels of sp in the future. Having been invested when the price moved to 80p in the past and not selling I've learned my lesson in taking profits....

Manager, you really are an obnoxious git. If you had 2 brain cells to rub together you'd realise that if it weren't for guys like the old timers, who put in a lot of money to get the whole enterprise off the ground then you wouldn't be in the position you are at the moment. Genghis, I think the latest Edison report has telegraphed what we should be anticipating. Their take is that the bhp is less than anticipated is very worrying. Since they are a paid entity of hur I find it inconceivable that they've just made that sentence up and more likely hur have given them the thumbs up to get that info into the public domain. That fact and their reduced COS for our assets are very worrying.

Doodlebug let, I posted a link to a YouTube video on this very subject a few months ago. Having watched the video I came away with the belief that these trading patterns are in fact a form of manipulation and should be outlawed but the simple fact is that the FCA is a toothless organisation that is incapable of investigating fully.

Kudos to jacks13 on the advfn board for reminding us what the hur roadmap was. It is a timely reminder of why we, as investors were excited about what was ahead. It is also a reminder of why you should always listen to the downside views put forward.

Longwait, I share your thoughts on the 60p days but I'm afraid that we'll never see those highs again or to be more specific the price won't be allowed to reach those highs. You, like me have seen the machinations of the "market", illogical at best, corrupt at worst. Cast your mind back to any of the "good" news we've had over the years and remember the chat here on how the price was held back by a large seller(s) dripping shares into the market. Nah, I think you've been here long enough to see how it works....

John, I am of the same opinion. Time to let the sp rise and then I'm off. This Trice saga has left a bitter taste. As it stands nobody seems to have given a good explanation on how the understanding of the geology will be improved by the new team without spending. Fire some lipstick on it, paint everything so it looks fresh and then flog it to the most willing viper in the nest.....

These past 2 weeks the BB has been more like udog than hur...

Can anyone realistically tell me how things are going to be "shooken up" by changing/eliminating the CEO? From where I'm looking we're pretty much stuck today as we were last Friday. Results from Well 6 will be either good/bad/indifferent and have no bearing on whose name is in charge. RT will be I'm sure pretty much devastated by this and tbh the sp performance so far and I feel heartily sick he's gone.

That's not what I heard 2 years ago. On reflection it all adds up now. The bod now have it all to do but in all honesty I'm extremely doubtful they can make a fist of this unless the new strategy is to sell asap.
