I agree that this was an excellent and concise description of where we are ATM and what's in store possibly soon.
My main worry is that being an early adopter of share buying here there is a distinct possibility that we are all going to be diluted to death with new equity as production gets nearer and hence negates the benefit of getting in now.
Hopefully other funding options will be available to at least keep this to a sensible level.

Me as well mate. Today was the final straw. For the first 5 minutes after I sold I was feeling a bit silly for getting in so far and so deep that you live and breath the company. After I've had a chance to reflect I'm over it. GLA lth's it's been fun.....

Slift, having read all of your posts since you first appeared I have come to the conclusion that you're no more a shareholder than my granny is ( and she died 20 years ago). No investor would touch this share with a bargepole with such a negative slant as you....... I'm all for playing devil's advocate but you have no upside view that warrants investing, even at 6p.

Stu, one thing that I'm not grasping is this, "The bond coupons are effectively paid in new equity. The bond holders then sell this equity ". If that is the case then the max they can convert into equity is 7.5% of the total bond value. If true it doesn't seem to be enough to suppress the sp. Also, if they are adding to the equity numbers then why haven't we seen a rise in the total number of shares? Or have I got the wrong end of the stick

Sorry, my mistake. It looks like it's 6.6% of their total portfolio.....

Crystal Amber released their monthly NAV report. They hold 6.6% hur equity so it looks like they have not been selling.....

I don't know if it's a deliberate act or people are too dumb to realise but Pelham are NOT out. All they have done is crept under the notification radar . They could be selling down to zero but we won't know now.

Sid, I agree entirely and was thinking of another similar situation earlier this week. Last week apple announced they were ditching intel as their supplier of silicon and instead were moving to arm based designs. This is significant because it now means that Apple controls the whole value chain all the way from Apple silicon and design to marketing their products. Nowhere in the product structure are they reliant on anyone else. Change this to a car manufacturer of EV's and it looks a very similar business model.

I think what everyone is forgetting is that she's the interim CEO. For all we know she may not want to continue in the role....

From my experience of investing in companies that have activist fund involvement, they usually end up being a right pain in the neck. Typically they buy in with a shareholding between 2-5% and agitate the bod in order to make changes that they want but say is for the benefit of all. Hopefully they stay clear but if not then ALL shareholders need to keep a very close eye on what they are doing.....

MaryMullins, I think you've hit the nail on the head. It appears to me that many retail investors have averages lower than lth but there is also the possibility of retail/ii averaging down by selling and then buying in cheaper and by doing so there has been no requirement to issue any tr-1's.

Careful, that is my understanding of what's happened/happening.....

Bottom hole pressure

Genghis/ADUK, it seems that the mention of bhp by Edison has in my mind perhaps caused a few lth to pause and reflect on what's been previously published and I too compared it with last year's bhp graph and concluded the game was over. I hovered over the sell button because of this. It seems now that the Edison report was perhaps misleading wrt definitions of the term bhp. Not good.

Aduk, forget the tramps who've arrived and have nothing of value to add. Seems like I keep saying the same thing and it gets lost in carp.....or maybe I'm talking carp too ??. However, the latest Edison report from the 16th June goes into details that I've not read anywhere before.
It says "The flowing bottom hole pressure (BHP) to date has been lower than modelled pre-start up and by increasing the drawdown in the well to achieve this higher rate it is possible that the bottom hole pressure (BHP) could approach bubble point (the last reported BHP was 150psi above bubble point)."
Now, I'm no oily or geologist but how does this square with the information we've been given just prior to this? Has the bhp changed rapidly, have we been told porkies, have Edison got it wrong or is it something else? If the bhp has dropped I think it means we're screwed (ish)?
