Wouldn't their generous options at 11p make a decision to buy at 20p a bit nonsensical? Unless they have more savings than they can buy in options I don't think they'll buy. Or are you thinking of others that maybe don't have the same level of options.

20p could act as a psychological barrier until progress is reported, I wouldn't want to second guess when news will drop, I wasn't expecting anything in the near term, it's only been a month since the update.

The move is earlier‑stage consolidation, not a terminal blow‑off.

They raised 4M Dec 23 and reported 3.2M as at Sept 25. Does raise questions over the size of the raise but what they knew then is different to what occurred since. It is possible they expect/ed more investment due to contract wins, even if that was years in the future they probably didn't want to do another raise to pay for it. IF they win some or all of the 5M revenue contracts mentioned then that may require investment (be incredible if it didn't) if current cash covers investment and no raises are required then that is a good outcome IMO. 3M is a decent amount and any investment is likely to be followed very quickly by revenue. I don't see any further raises unless a contract so big is landed that no-one cares much. They want R&D off book so no raise should be required for that.

IMO the most significant statement was regarding CDMO, and until HV produces a strong partnership arrangement or revenue generating contract of some sort I hope it remains a 'free upside';

I'd like to know more about the growth of project development income because from memory that has gone from virtually zero to projected £500K in a couple of years. With that level of development work taking place and momentum continuing I am far more confident that RUA will sign some significant contracts - £5M pa would far exceed my expectations (can they meet that from existing resources).

The HoT statement is not revenue generating and is to secure funds for development work, on a scale of significant HoTs, that one is on the bottom of the scale and probably why it was buried - but still very welcome. IMO HV revenue is years away but if CDMO performs well, I don't care.

I think it is the US business that is holding this back and only because it is really only in the launch phase, I'm not worried and still very positive because it looks like a plan being well executed. This is the year that the US starts to accumulate customers and the results we just had are only up to Dec25, the headline figures we already knew. Q1 and 2 updates will be interesting in respect of the US as they target 1B AUA.

The business has moved on but the SP has not, provided the US gets traction and the UK continues to grow, then the SP will eventually follow, and institutionals will accumulate.

with fy2025 figures and a q1 update just a few weeks away its worth considering what could happen. imo there's a strong chance of a 3-5m bottom line profit being reported. this along with many other positive indicators suggest that institutional investors may start accumulating soon. the target of exceeding £250m (50% ebitda profit) revenue by 2034 would be very strong growth (total *** packet maths but that could easily be upwards of an eps of 25-35p) and currently there's no indication the business isn't tracking that trajectory. growth won't stop their, beyond 2034 there is still a big market to go after. the last twelve months growth has seen the case for investing improve without the actual sp moving, that's got to come unstuck at some point.

We agree then? the board need to explain why 111p is in our best interest.

I think shareholders deserve a Q3 factsheet, not publishing one feels like they are hiding good news. AI will only be able to work out a NAV based on publicly available date - which will be why Grok has come up with a similar figure. Not that I would expect a big jump but it might show growth which would be positive, especially as the offer is so low. The offer does not seem reasonable at all, effectively buying a £100m profit without any benefit of future growth factored in (they wouldn't be interested if they couldn't see growth).

I was looking at a few of the top holdings recently and they seem to be flying, I was expecting to see an improved NAV soon (the Q324/25 factsheet landed 30/01/25). The board must see a big weakness down the line otherwise why accept such a low offer.

I'm minded to vote against but worry about the implications, don't want to cut my nose off to spite my face.

Golden Prospects posts are compelling and make a lot of sense, of course it is possible that RUA drop enough hints to lead investors into making favourable analysis when the guidance should be coming from the company itself.

Now the final accounts have been reported I hope RUA have something to say soon, at the least about H1 when the period ends.

I notice the wording regarding the valve is 'serious interest' which means nothing on it's own but coupled with the 'off book' comment it becomes interesting (a hint at a partnership). Is this just designed to lead me down a road or is that as much as they can say.

The information on medical devices division is interesting, for me this is still the most important area to develop and they have provided far more information on timescales than before, this suggests to me some early stage prospects are reaching significant milestones but are still likely to be years off. I hope there are some projects in the pipeline that don't require years of R&D and maybe even another Abiss to put the cash to good use.

The share still looks dirt cheap to me but I think you need a medium term view on it. I can see drip selling until news drops.

Should add I don't think this moves until contracts are announced, at which point I think it gets volatile as it climbs.

Personally I think the SP has held up well today after the rally of the last few weeks. Today's RNS was marginally better then the positive report we were expecting. I think the spring has tightened further meaning with the right news it will move on quickly. Short term I look forward to new medical device contracts landing for which RUA now have a decent, mature pipeline of opportunity. I am less expectant of a superb valve partnership / contract then prior to today's release, I think that is further down the line. The market cap is ludicrously and unjustifiably low in my opinion, making it safe from falls and benefiting from huge potential upsides. This should be 30-50p now.

Reflects badly if they miss their self determined deadline. Be an interesting day given there is unlikely to be any surprises and the recent SP performance. The only hope is they drop another RNS announcing something, which they managed last time, although the likelihood is low.

It would be nice to see it at least hold these levels after the finals are released.

A bit of a disappointing response to the news but when you dangle the prospect of a growing US market, it overshadows all that was positive about the rest of the business. Provided traction is gained in the US there will be a breakout.

What I took from yesterdays presentation (I only had one ear on it) was that PBEE don't really want to speculate on the speed of growth in the US and so pinned it against how the UK market grew, whilst acknowledging that the US growth does not have to go through anything like the development that the UK market did, so reading between the lines, I think they are hoping for a much more rapid growth but are not prepared to state it until they have some real US data.

I think they set sensible targets and have been consistent in tracking the required growth, happy to let it do it's thing, it will get noticed.
