RE: Good Luck To Us All30 Sep 2024 10:07
Just a little under six months ago the SP was... 12.5p, even then that seemed cheap although sentiment was very low. This was off the back of a business update that wasn't especially revelatory, but was positive. If you think of everything that has happened since and that no change in the SP has taken place it points to a very tightly coiled spring.
It is going to take a really good RNS and I agree a decent DD report and rerate by Cavendish should do it, but equally none of the other good news recently has stuck regarding the SP. I still believe there will be sellers at 13, 14, 15p etc, until big news lands.
How long can it remain subdued - the year end reports will show a massive jump in revenue and even profitability (if not then, then maybe 2026), or sooner than that, there may be progress with the HV.
Personally, I think there will be enough revenue to self fund grafts, but that revenue will need to be booked first.
This still looks cheap for the business and crazy cheap based on potential growth, dare I say any money invested should be pretty safe from big drops (e.g. in the event the major decides not to move forward with the HV).
