Did some digging on Bamlanivimab, is synthetic rather than fully human.
Interesting part in that article..."Some in the public health community have also argued that monoclonal antibodies are simply not worth the effort because they are complicated to use. A recent article on NBC News quoted experts who explained the three issues involved: antibodies must be given intravenously, the infusion takes one hour, and the highly contagious patients must be kept apart from other patients."

Suggests Bamlanivimab only showing effectiveness in combination...still IV...
Treatment with bamlanivimab and etesevimab combination therapy, but not bamlanivimab monotherapy, resulted in a reduction in SARS-CoV-2 log viral load at day 11 in patients with mild to moderate COVID-19 (Gottlieb et al, 21 January 2021).
The original trial (Eli Lilly) was stopped in October due to safety concerns, although did have emergency approval...current side effects consistent with other chimeric mAbs...
With TZLS501 being fully human and then nasal/oral potential, hope that development can be expedited, hence saw the F3 SEC form as a positive last week...
While Foralumab results should be positive (given the mood music) albeit with small sample, really intrigued what they say with regards to next steps across the full pipeline...for those with the patience think a huge 12-24 months coming up...
