What is the point you are totally against it. Told you before I would have joined EFTA and taken it from there after over 40 years in the EU it was never going to be a quick solution to unwind it and being in EFTA would have given the country and governments time to work through it. EFTA comes with some constraints as it would be a half way house but with a significant economy like the UK in it would have given that group more negotiating power which the UK could have developed or left at their choosing.

Last time I looked Farage has never been in power asi. The responsibility lies firmly at the door of the Tories and Labour who were entrusted to take advantage of the opportunities given to them by the Uk voting for Brexit. Unfortunately they have failed to do that as they have been far too preoccupied with trying to get back in.

We have only been out 6 years hardly a blink in the eye of time we were in over 40 years see where we are in another 35 years if we ever get a government who actually want to take advantage of it.

If parliament had put as much effort into supporting Brexit as they did in trying to scupper it then we might actually get somewhere as for all the doom and gloom merchants time to stop crying still waiting for that cliff edge.

As for Reform and Farage in power highly unlikely they can turn it around now after all the damage the Tories and labour have done.. Maybe the greens are the answer and legalising cocaine and heroin so our representatives in power can all get legally high maybe they might come up with the answers then.

He is a remainer his heart isn't in it. The only people to blame for the way Brexit has been administrated are the Tories and Labour as they are the only two parties who have been in power and can do something about it but neither party never wanted it so we are where we are.

And yet remoaners said we wouldn't even get a deal. Told you Starmer missed a trick should have pushed for EFTA.

And yet growth is still better than France and Germany who are in the EU with all these advantages. It is a shame so far the politicians we have had so far in charge haven't had the ability to take more advantage of Brexit than they have done (and they are missing a lot of opportunities) whilst they still wish to be back in the EU.

If Starmer had gone for EFTA instead of wasting his time on a second referendum and ignoring the wishes of the people it would have been more constructive.

Anyway we are out accept it and live with it we ain't going back in any time soon:)
