If you take it from birth it has gone from around 40 years to 78 years a quite significant improvement. I know which era I would have rather have been born in asi:)

Just 7 years!!. For someone who is 75 that is nearly another 10% of their life. We are still living longer on average asi it isn't debatable it is fact.

You aren't self sufficient in energy that way either asi. Nuclear power will play an important role in the future more important than renewables if we are ever to reach net zero as it is reliable and can pick up the slack but it comes with its own environmental issues as does windfarms and manufacturing and the eventual disposal of batteries.

Agree about solar panels asi much better to subsidise them for current households including battery storage than heat pumps and also include solar panels, with battery storage in new house builds. The battery storage is key as it should have been when they started building windfarms and solar panels. They are way behind on that.

Surely though asi life is better for the majority now than it was in the Victorian times better health, better education, living longer, better housing conditions, central heating etc.

I am talking about the majority not the extremes.

To be fair Gotreal the only ones who have made any money from this share is the ones who have traded it recently and Kalan calls it right more often than not and does say when he calls it wrong. Let's be honest it wasn't rocket science working out what could happen when all those warships arrived in the gulf they weren't sent there on holiday. Not sure what point you are trying to make asi. Are you saying the benefits that people could get in Victorian times are the same as today, worse or better? Or just making a general point that being homeless is being homeless whatever time period it is?

I have lived on two and some of my family live on others in the same and different towns. I have a large family 11 aunties and uncles and 39 first cousins and no idea how many second cousins besides my own family along with many others with similar large families. If you need to know anything just go into the local pub plenty of advice in there everyone knows someone.

Even local medical workers show claimants what to do to get around the system and make claiming easier. How to answer the questions what to put.

Some of my family work in the benefits system, job centres, doctors and hospitals and see what goes on. One works on PIP assessments and she says they do less than 10% home visits most is done over the phone or paper assessments it isn't hard to get a basic claim through in her experience.

So have I asi and have a different experience each to their own they aren't all the same.

Not surprised with some council finances asi you are right there.

As for council estates they pass information around on how to claim they are pretty astute at that. Don't underestimate them. Still have to go through the hoops as you pointed out earlier but some are quite adept at jumping through them:)

JP usually does well there. I go to the festival for a couple of days usually only bet on the days I am there but had a few on the two days before this time. We go to Chester as well for a couple of days in the summer so will have a flutter then that's it for me unless we go somewhere else. Don't even bother with the national or the derby just enjoy the days out and staying over plus the girls like to dress up it's a bit of fun win or lose:)

6 long odds winners very impressive. Just got back had a decent day on Thurs 9/1 meetmebythesea and 33/1 Home by the Lee plus a couple of decent odds places as well went into Friday £1100 up:)

Friday not so good backed the winner Dinoblue but only 11/8 nice one on Johnnys Jury wife was 50/50 and picked some other donkey. Had 3rd in Gold cup and another place but was down to 1k up by the last race said to the boss want to up the stakes for the last one to £50 each way still £800 up so she said yes and backed Hot fuss at 25/1 came second and I backed the winner at 10/1 £1800 up. I was shouting for her horse at the end lol. I have had worse festivals:)

Great day on Friday atmosphere was electric.

It jumped like Bambi lucky to finish probably blow the rest tomorrow. Guinness £7.50 a pint cheaper than last year every cloud:)

I let the wife pick one she got vanillier came 3rd so we got our money back £210 up so £50 on Majborough to win gives us £160 for the first day tomorrow if it loses £250 if it wins:)

It is my opinion asi. I don't believe there is a requirement for it that is why I said you might as well have christianophobia again no requirement for that either. , There are enough laws to cover racial issues there is no requirement for it hence just a made up word. It is meaningless as far as I am concerned but it suits some with a certain agenda. As you point out the Labour government like it helps with their sectarian vote all my opinion not arguing with you technically. It is relatively new idea.
