Those market mechanic can and often do outweigh any fundamental criteria.

I have seen shells on zero liquidity to 15X, yes massively over valued and not worth it but they did it, this gets the added bonus of the publicity and demand Sorrel brings to the table.

Agree this is going to go up considerably due to the tiny free float now and after the transaction due to the lock in.

I get what you are saying but just because you have a family member whose employee in the industry doesn’t make you the oracle upon it. Seems the backers who are parting with not unsubstantial amounts of money think differently. They also don’t seem to have concerns over the age of the main man.

You would think 50p could be achieved next week. That seller will run out and try can’t risk forward selling of any placing shares not that I would expect they would prior to the deal being delivered. Going to be fun.

Not that dissimilar a situation to IMTK in that an industry heavyweight that’s sat at the top table is moving in and you can buy prior to the deal completing. However the attention here may be a little more focussed than the back door route IMTK are taking with Vin Murria. Looking forward to next week. Could be 10p or 50p or more. All depends on the supply but if we have a day like the few hours on Friday it’s likely to be much higher than the current point.

Given the tiny free float the UKLA was worried that a disorderly market may occur here. Take your seats buy your popcorn and sit and watch. If that sellers cleared this could go bananas.
