They do have debt but NAV means net asset value I.e net after debt for those who seem concerned.

LOL, still think they would be on better terms with him than the Aussies.

This whole situation has been engineered to allow this to happen at the right price.

Looks like we are in for an exciting ride on Monday of course that’s if suspension is lifted. Here’s hoping. £15m Mcap would be about right at this stage I guess and multiples of such when it’s cleared up finally.

Smells like debt/jv rather than a placing, would not need to sort out the details so fine if it was pure equity, with the other APD's we are aware of it is now quite obvious they are being directed by another party who will look to participate when the drill package THEY require is delivered.
