They valued the Dragon shell at £28m.

The overall deal was $500m Singapore.

well last time the 'crew' behind Antos Golowski looked at a shell in Singapore they valued the existing equity at £28m.

Even 1/10 of that gives this a £2.8m mcap.

Golowski recently added to and joined the board of Coeur Gold Holdings. It was Coeur Gold they tried to get away in Singapore.

So given this was and still is one of the lowest value shells by mcap listed it represents a good punt with those people involved around the edges.

Golowski does not punt into tiny AIM shells, hes bought to ensure he gets control of the target they are using so no mess ups occur.

LOL concentrated attempt to get the placing shares away.

Revealed: The listed energy company IGas is expected to announce to the London Stock Exchange tomorrow a “significant” gas find at its Springs Road site in north Nottinghamshire. Comes at an important time in the debate about fracking for gas in the UK.

A rather interesting RTO is in the offing.

Well at $15 per barrel if you factor in the drill costs of the production well that will be needed it would give a market cap of closer to $50m.

So lets say bottom end $15m top end $50m.

A range from 1p-3p could be possible.

You would probably have net backs of $40 per barrel at least.

That is after a purchase at 5$ per barrel for the asset.

So a very valuable asset with real value.

If both hit conservative level would be 1p.
