That’s got to be one of the best RNSs out for a small cap E & P oil company I have read in a long while. Fully funded to carry out all next years works which should give it revenues of over double the current Mcap. Crazy valuation.

So do the math. This could be a 10x bagger from here and still only be £2m Mcap.

I would value a main listed shell at £600-£1m with little cash but a plan to look for a project/RTO. With a decent new management team perhaps 2/3 x that. So for me CHAL at £200k in the safety of the knowledge the CEO just bought a few represents a good risk/return play now.

Given the current level of oil and the cash brought in of late they are in a stronger position than when the Stobart offer was declined.
