I have been very vocal in my mistrust of the Chinese, but I think that issuing a RNS because the money did not arrive into your account on the exact day is a very knee jerk reaction, at the very least they should have waited until close of business on Friday. Chinese foreign transferring is a little complex, I have done business there, from here, and money can get clogged in the system. I once had money clogged for a few weeks and a banker lost their job over not processing the money along, It was frozen for 2 weeks in my case. I was the sender by the way. What concerns me here, is not the delay, that is nearly normal from China, what concerns me is PVR mistrust of the Chinese, and the souring of relations by issuing the RNS. The short extension given until Friday. I would have ignored the extension and waited. PVR will look like idiots if the money arrives today. will it, I think it will come, in the coming days.

when this was agreed last year old was rocking around $60 WTI, and Today it rocking around $55 Wit, so the deal is not as sweet for the Hong Kong investors. My hunch is that the POO is key to this deal concluding. I hope I'm wrong.

I have to say this, but there is an old trick in Hong Kong, of hedging agreements, that works like this, you sign a binding agreement to farm-in on a commodity investment, Oil or Mining, and sign MOU and FIA, but put no money down, and you sit it out for a year, if the commodity rises sharply you can finance the deal and collect, and if it stays the same or falls you can walk away blaming the investors. It is a 'free shot" with no risk. I hope that is not the case here, and the $10m arrives in July. I would have liked a deposit taken last year of a few million. anyhow, beggars and choosers comes to mind.

Every investor makes mistakes, I think I made plenty, but my average here is 11p, and for modest money. A for London, I did very nicely there financially and made plenty, and left with plenty,I just found it a bit soulless and prefer the warmth of Ireland/ No harm there.

Taking a little profit never hurts. also protects any downside.

Anovas, There is no posh part of London anymore, the former posh parts are now owned by non residents from across the globe, mostly from Arabic countries, and some asian and Eastern European, and as someone who owned several beautiful apartments in the heart of that city, I can say it is a very isolated and lonely place to live at times, especially at weekends, and is no match for Dublin friendliness, or Cork's..... But hey what's happening PVR? I did say from day 1 that I did not like this Chinese deal, but it was the only show in town. All non executives, collect the cheques and don't give a hoop as a rule.

The old adage of, 'you can't beat a laying hen' rings through when it comes to mining. Well this hen has been very so in growing up, and not she is ready for the coup, she is laying small eggs. As usual miners have slow watches and I doubt will be 'all systems go' but the end of the year, but the core message is correct, the mine is built, it is simple, and within a year we will be at a richer grade of ore.

Ore is sky high, the H1 report will be a huge success. I hope they release the figure early to balance the bad news that has hurt this.

as a very rough calc based on what Oaktree paid, they were valuing this at 5.1p back in 2015. Since then things have advanced to full production with our many snags. Clearly a different price is required compared to 2015 and the current set up. I'd push this close to 6p. A nice little earner, but not a windfall opportunity.

We have arrived, and I am underwhelmed at the SP. £19m for a 30% share, puts a 'pack of fags calls" price of £70m on the mine. It is time to take a close look at this. I have learnt too much about mining, and start ups. They need two things, production throughput, and quality of grade. Throughput is already achieved, and grade is close, and getting there short term. This looks very sweet, but a good crunch of the numbers required once more.

I do fear what is coming next, mostly cos I have no idea.

all considered, directors resigning, auditors resigning, tax audit demands, investigations into money movements, CFO selling shares moments before bad news, and whats not, and still this share has held its ground, while another company would be on its knees. Why? It is a savage money maker, and money usually digs its way out of trouble. Iron ore remains strong and this is a premium brand. Ferrexpo is the Mercedes of the Iron Ore industry, I suspect that more hassles may emerge, and I suspect it will do what it does, roll with the waves.

The first RNS is bad but two directors resigning on the same day, time bomb stuff. I have decided not to sell. I think the CEO will brazen this out, he is also a massive shareholder.

The company could have dismissed the auditors, quietly or harshly, either way by allowing them resign they empowered them. Perhaps showing them the door first would have been an option. There better be an RNS one Monday, they have to come out fighting on this.

$600m.... The potential money laundering affected Ukraine, and they cannot pursue the company for more than was lost. that is the tax on $100m maximum. Interest at 10%. toss in legal fees. $20m maximum. The UK can have no part in this, the FCA are toothless in my view, and will wash their hands of it. The Swiss will look for tax. So for me in a doomsday situ this can't run above $100m. You didn't quite explain how it jumps from the $30-$100m range to $600m. That said the Market agrees with you.

This is good, but I do think the trading for the next four months is what is needed.

I rarely call my trades, but I am buying this now, It is a oversell in my view. The company needs to issue a RNS Trading update for the first 4 months. DYOR
