Based on what you say, I have looked back and can find only one price sensitive announcement after a 2 week gap and that is in regard to the Court Settlement which was not a company announcement

Tesla will simply pay what the court decides then get on with the main business. Tiddler suppliers will equally continue to meet their contractual obligations and survive or fail accordingly.

The Directors know full well the potential of their company. Their selling beggars logic. Reminds ne of a book I once read where the Directors and owners of a potentially lucrative Silver mine in Mexico were bumped off and buried in the mine after they had been tortured into transferring their shares to the Cartel. The story revolved around the the non shareholding mine engineer who was left untouched but fearful for his family so long as he did the digging. In the end good prevailed and the Cartel guys were blown up by the Engineer. All ended happily (except presumably for the shareholders) and the engineer then skipped over the border to the USA. And who knows, possibly Canada after that.

So if an over 70's chess club of say 20 people all get vaccinated. will they be allowed to have chess meetings again AND go out as a group for their monthly meal. I suspect this issue is already being churned over by the Government who will quickly inherit a divisive 2 tier society, comprising those having had the vaccine and those not. I can only surmise that the Government will not allow any opening of society until 50% have been vaccinated and the R rate is below 0.25
