We are delighted to report the fourth successive year of double digit revenue and gross profit growth for Eckoh, largely driven by a breakthrough year in the US. One third of the Group's revenue is now generated from this large and growing market. Which is why I think they will go for U. S listing.

Isn't that the same thing lol, highlighting to analysis and institutional investors suggest they are going for listing over there imo. Opportunities for ECK not other companies lol

Further to an announcement on 28 April 2017, in accordance with Rule 2.6(c) of the Code, Avingtrans was required to announce either a firm intention to make an offer for the Company (pursuant to Rule 2.7 of the Code) or announce that it does not intend to make an offer (pursuant to Rule 2.8 of the Code) by 5:00pm today (being the 28th day following the date of the announcement of the first extension to the deadline pursuant to Rule 2.6(a)). Has this changed now then?.

If RBS are on it means they know they are going to get their money back and HAYT will be back in profit. 80p if it does what you say tomorrow but very much doubt it at the moment.

Could be that the excellent aqusition they were hoping for got funding and they missed their chance 😂

Think they already have a major advantage over competitors with their quality of workmanship. Weaker pound should help even more.
