Devote his time to Call Design? Does BOS own 50% of call design or MT. Will he be buying the remaining 60% or BOS. Has he seen a better company over there now he's chairman does he have sufficient shares to take BOS private. So many questions

It could also work the other way round he would not have to declare selling his shares either.

If they are listing my guess is they will have to raise money to comply with rules, not sure how much a company needs on ASX to join, however it will cost money as per AIM. Is he now going to divert his cash into call design.

Also if he has left the company does that mean all his promises by the end of the year has gone with him.

When did drawdown take place, no announcement on this. I guess they only have to announce if he converts. But why hasn't he converted. Is he looking to take tis private. So many questions with no answers as you say.

Back in for the energy side now, although if they manage to sell the boiler tech then Insp have a good chance of doing the same. Costs are killing the boilers for both companies.

But if they float they will be issuing more shares so BOS's 40% holding would be reduced wouldn't it?. Also if they are profitable why not use the profits to expand. Call Design is a profitable, Australian based, global provider of workforce optimisation tools, focused particularly on call centre services, which has an established blue chip client base.

No mention of profitable business also wouldn't a listing dilute BOS's holding?.

Then they are in a no win situation, if no one copies it then it would probably mean it's not much good. If someone does copy it then it ceases to become innovative. India for instance doesn't allow software patents where they have just picked up 50 licences. But who were the licences with, the software developer they are paying $120k to develop software.
