Very good point and a very good reason why they don't show a profit on such a big turnover. Vocare are a not for profit organisation so they make sure they spend in excess of their net income. Not as easy as it looks but not doubt Totally have done their due diligence and have no doubt seen costs that can be removed from the business. As an example Welsh Water are a not for profit organisation and you wouldn't believe the wastage there, they have budgets that have to be spent. Yes has to be spent. Vocare will be profitable by the next set of results once Totally take control.

To buy

Hopefully he can do the same at Vocare as recent events suggest they need a good shake up. So roughly �10 million left in the pot so maybe a small bolt on in a couple of months once they have got to grips with Vocare.

Can now buy them cheaper than the chairman just paid :-)
