Could probably get the primecare side of the business very cheap bearing in mind recent events. Reckon �4 -�5 million max if not cheaper.

Auditors for primecare terminated in October 2016, and gone from �17 million profit to �13 million loss so could be looking to offload the primecare as the majority of revenue comes from care homes.
