There are numerous hospitals on inadequate ratings for out of hours and 111 services. This was not just a problem for Vocare. Sounds like the systems they had in place were standard across the country which is probably why the coroner could not lay blame to anyone in particular.

Good luck mate, i'm adding as things just don't add up at the moment. Someone wants it down for a reason. Cash and the business is worth double this price if not more. ii's seems to be increasing but not sure where they are getting shares from. Someone bailing perhaps but with little shares available could be back up to 60p in a matter of weeks.
