For me, anything less than Morocco trial completed and successful (and moving towards contracts), with MSC tri-partite agreement signed by the time of the AGM is a failure.
Getting too old/bored/poor for this circus!
...and as for the Morocco commercial agreement relying on availability and supply of feedstock, one would think this is the kind of thing that could have been scoped, explored, planned and prepared for during the 74-odd years of delays in getting the trial to actually happen (successfully)?!
I'm afraid I will be treating this with the same dose of "oh yeah?" scepticism as Panama, Honduras, Mexico and all the other would be projects that have yet to come to anything. Presumably the "scoping phase" comes before the "exploration phase", which must be undertaken before the "planning phase" and directly before the "preparation phase", which is swiftly followed by the "phase out phase"... then another exciting project pops up! As for "in discussions with", I expect back in the real world this translates into "we sent an email inquiry and received an out of office response that someone would get back to us".
Morocco update and MSC trial agreement please, Jason. No more (slightly cleaner than normal) smoke and mirrors.
See this has been slipped in re: Morocco...
"Commercial supply will be dependent on the Company being able to source appropriately situated and priced feedstock"
Clearly that was always the case but it feels very much like priming us for the next great excuse!
Don't disagree, Crownos, which is why I was sceptical about the comment made by StockCheque: "If it hadn't started yet then I would have expected an RNS by now, because we (the entire market) were told it would be completed by month end." I don't think we were told that at all. The Final Results RNS stated: "The industrial demonstration test at the client site in Morocco is now EXPECTED to be completed in October 2023."
As we all know by now, when it comes to getting things done in the time they say they will, QED are less Swiss railway and more dodgy builder...
