I believe 10b5-1 plans are typically in respect of stock sales rather than purchases.

Employees (who are in the best position out of anyone to know the likely short and medium term fortunes of the company) want shares in the company and they want them now... lovely stuff.

I think for me the most reassuring thing for me is seeing steps being taken to de-risk the marine project generally. With MAC2 on board, we are opening our first shop to serve customers, and with "other shipping companies" queueing outside to be served, we are hopefully no longer at the mercy of just MSC, which has always been a worry.

As we know if can change like the wind and am not really interested in the short term, but it is nice to see it moving up again in anticipation of Q2 and everything that is to come. Have a great weekend all!

Ruminating on where we currently stand, I do feel we are on the cusp of a serious breakthrough. Progress has been slow, years have passed, and we’ve had to put hands in pockets probably more times than we would have hoped, but I think the fact we are where we are now is down to collective belief that this will and has to work. Belief not only of the shareholders, who have been stoic in their support, but also the board who have dedicated a significant portion of their working life to this project, through thick and thin (quite a lot of thin), and they have to be given credit for that despite what anyone opines about salaries and progress. It was noted by Andy, who has considerable experience of smaller companies, that the shareholder base here is something quite unique in terms of their participation and dedication. In the face of seemingly insurmountable problems, human ingenuity has a tendency to sine through. My sincere thanks to those that provide insights that keep me believing. People are invested with more than just their capital. And I think that’s why we have survived. So as I sit here late into the evening, thinking about Quadrise (get a life – hopefully soon!), I do feel the next 3 months can light the touch paper. We have a unique story and the stage is set. I for one, am very much looking forward to seeing what we can make of this.

Looking forward to it - hopefully a good opportunity to provide some of the non-RNS-able detail following the news drought, to relieve concerns and show we're on track for a serious Q2. I thought yesterday's RNS was very positive (if a bit vague), but hopefully today is an opportunity to put some meat on the bones, and get the share price moving north again before some big announcements in the coming weeks and months. Will be listening intently!

Hopefully now with funding in the bag, we can get the final MSC/Cargill contracts sewn up pronto. Would be great to keep the momentum going with all the prep work going on in the background.

Slightly odd and barbed comment from Hermant Thanawala on the funding LinkedIn post. I don't know the back story but reads as pretty unprofessional from a former director.

I don't know but someone smarter than me can probably explain. I can get a quote to sell 2m for 4.14p currently though!
