As mentioned by others, if you add the dilution to pre-raise share price it gives you more like 5.3p, so 4.2p is a bargain (and that's before any premium based on the fact we are now rich as Croesus)!

Am I right in thinking that, if you hold 10,000,000 shares, this RNS is basically saying I'd be entitled to 1,233,400 in the Retail Offer plus 0.35% of any excess I applied for? Thanks.

I don't understand why this would be the case, unless you are seeking to add new money to fund it in excess of the ISA limit (if this has already been used).

Glad to see this one cleared up in the Q&A - several of the usual suspects have continuously purported that "we will only be informed once the trial has been completed", which was clearly false.

Wazaaa, my own view (pure opinion) is that many private investors are waiting to see what they get in the raise and not buying at the current price (+c.30%), while IIs may be selling stock knowing they are about to get it for 3p (see the bunch of 25k autotrades this morning). I suspect after the amounts PIs are getting is announced, some may seek to top up in the market, while some IIs may also seek to offload some stock for a quick buck.

Once all that nonsense has worked itself through, we may return to some sort of normality but in the meantime, I personally wouldn't pay too much attention to the price. Plenty of news to come this quarter and that will drive the price once the funding situation sorts itself out. Just my view.

As pointed out by LowNO on the over on the forum (I hope he doesn't mind me referencing his post here), I agree it could be plausible that getting funding sorted was a pre-condition to getting the final sign off for the remaining contracts. Wouldn't that be a nice boost to send us rocketing back to 8p+ with our shiny new 3p shares in our pockets!
