It's more like 130m when you add the retail element (and I'm not thrilled about that when I think it could have been done for more like 65m) but I do think "money in the bank and the shackles are off"...

If it's fully funded to 30 June 2026 by the morning with all the projects in play and MSC trial a matter of weeks away, are people really going to let go of the shares they currently hold in the hope of getting the same or more in the retail offer (which may or may not be at 3p, though not yet announced)? I think they'd be daft and I'll be holding mine and looking to add more particularly if at a discount. Others may of course feel different, but these shares could be worth considerably more than they currently are very shortly if funding has been holding the price back, so let's see. May go down in the morning but wouldn't be surprised if cash in the bank is a significant weight off many's shoulders.
...Meant to add, it is also nice to see the board putting their money where their mouth is, particularly after previous comments about them not coughing up. Confidence is there...
On a quick scan it didn't seem clear to me that the retail price had been announced: "Further information about the Retail Offer and its terms will be set out in a separate announcement to be made by the Company in due course." On that basis, I think you'd be foolish to sell thinking you were guaranteed to be able to be able to buy back at 3p.
In some ways, I am relieved it is done and think the spectre of a fund raise had likely been holding the price back. Once the money is in the bank, we should hopefully have a clear run of getting this ship sailing.
It would be nice to hear from Jason with an interview on recent progress, and to see RNSs on Morocco / final MSC agreements (which would show all parties are committed to swift progress)...
It may be wishful thinking and not be top of his priority list with the various trials in play but it would be great to see Jason follow up recent developments on SEASTARS and Utah with an interview with some further detail and update on Morocco progress today!
Is it possible a larger MMU isn't now available (due to our other projects), so we've had to go small and make a slight concession on the timing of the money? Would be interested to hear the opinions of those more in the know on the quantity and location of our kit.
Either way I am VERY fine with it! Now let's march on to double digits!
If that is the case, and buys have heavily outweighed sells, then I am struggling to understand why the price has dropped so significantly. Seems to defy basic supply/demand principles. Is it potentially because it was heavily shorted after the strong rise? Even that would seem very very risky given the amount of news due that could come at any time. Baffled.
If this is the case, why is the share price down 7% (genuine question)? Presumably there have been some large sell orders being filled that will be reported late?
