Sadly, I agree. The tone of the email I got from IR on 5/06 about the trial restarting this month was one of hope rather than expectation (in my view):

We are doing everything we can from our side to be ready to re-commence this month, however this is pending client production timetables which are announced at relatively short notice, as well as the logistics of importing new parts to Morocco - hence our inability to pin a firm date down in the RNS.

QED was number 2 today, so we could see some short term money move in off the back of that if they aren't all taking their charts to the chart repair shop tomorrow.

Seems the cost for Greenfield to acquire TSII has gone up and the deadline has been extended to the calendar year end?

I agree HF, though if they've slipped up because they are short on resource and about to finally deliver a trial and a contract, I will probably get over it.

i think the cloak and dagger conspi******s are wide of the mark.

they're likely foot to the floor to try and get morocco done and were sloppy / outdated / loose with the wording. they are probably more focused on what they need to get done than sat around constantly on the phone to valkor to check the permit status or sleuthing the internet on marine tracking websites like us.

not impressive by any stretch, but i don't believe it's some sinister attempt to mislead and manipulate shareholders.

Perhaps the intern was on RNS duty as the rest of them are all hands to the deck in Morocco?!

It is astonishing that a bunch of private investors appear to know more about their "key projects" than they do. And the second RNS is still wrong re: Leandra!

Whilst it did hint at small incremental gains, it was once again light on detail, raised a number of questions and wasn't entirely accurate, which is fairly poor. I'd give it a 3 out of 10 on the basis we might finally get a trial done this month after a comical saga of delays.

I really really hope this wasn't our best effort at trying to drum up enthusiasm for a fund raise, and there is a lot more detail to come.

Too busy "delivering" to update us after the results, though a distinct lack of any updates on delivery since then. Even the LinkedIn guy seems to have given up.

Morocco trial was supposedly going ahead in April, though we are now tumbleweeding into mid-May. Leandra now leaving dry dock likely fitted with all sorts of new kit, though no mention of us getting to use any of ours. Utah? Yes, well Utah. Apparently there might be some oil there, but God knows if anyone will ever get at it. Don't worry, the Americas will save the day. Must be due an MoU!

To think they'll soon be holding their cap out again makes me feel a little bit queasy.
