Have you been told that VF? You'd think it would take longer than that to stabilise. Yes, I did guess mid October and it could still be close to that unless you have been told differently. At one time I guessed mid August, but that was when it was supposed to start on July 9th before the DGH put their oar in.

One would certainly hope it's before the presentation on the 11th, otherwise there aint gonna be a lot to say. I suppose we might get a preliminary rate before the final stabilised one. Atb.
