Yeah, far too long Toptuf. Nothings ever certain, experience has taught me that. When I say a few weeks, I mean that long until we find out if it all finally comes together. Everything ultimately depends on the shape of the jv deal.

Next week it will be one year since they told us the jv would be a few months. Imagine the stick anyone would have got at that time, if they had said it might take even six months.

The only thing that will create meaningful hype ( if that's not a contradiction ) is events. That is flow rates followed by a jv. A few weeks yet.

It's based on the average price they think they can achieve for many years ahead for both gas and oil.

They made the high pressure gas price more realistic than in the previous presentation.

This gives an NPV for 10 wells of $58 million for the base case, or $120 million for the Upside case.

A full field development of 30+ wells would be 3 to 4 times those numbers.

One question to ask Roland might be how likely is the upside case? Depends on what we are told before the October presentation.

Gas and oil prices. It's the long term average prices that matter, not any current increases.

We don't need to do any calculations. All the expected revenues from gas and condensate are given in the investor presentation.

I meant trivial, as a one off. When 77h and the new wells ate in full swing there will be continuous production of condensate, which will be significant revenue.
