Can I remind people that Roland is on record as saying that the flow rates from this old well will be in no way representative of what is expected from new wells in virgin rock.

He said that in an email a year ago (which I posted again a few days ago), when I commented on the low rates after refrac. So within reason maybe the exact rates aren't that critical as long as the jv is satisfied that the condensate can be removed. They got 0.5 mmscfd immediately after refrac, so youd think that was the minimum now. In the latest presentation they upped the target to 1 mmscfd.

Not sure why anyone us surprised that it might (or not) take several weeks for the final flow rate. I mean the rate without artificial lift took nearly 3 weeks. This might be quicker but if not it won't be the biggest surprise.

No sure what you are saying DP. Are you expecting jv news before the 11th?

Hard to say DP. You'd think Roland must be confident to schedule the presentation but it seems unlikely the jv will be sorted by then?

A really good flow rate might give us a boost late next week or early the following week. Everything still depends on what terms the jv willing to offer.

Still think it is only the jv rns that will get us a bag from here.

Yes another 3 days is no big deal. For whatever reason they are removing it very slowly, around 500 litres a day. Monday will be 9 days before the presentation. Hopefully, get at least a preliminary flow rate before then.

Can't see any posts that indicate that. I am sure we will get some sort of flow rate before the 11th.

Don't see any point in asking questions until just before as we don't know what will revealed in the interim.

Agreed DP. Doubt it though. Trouble is Roland isn't going to be able to tell us anything that hasn't been rns'd.

Agreed Callum. I've been the first to complain about delays in the past but at this stage, another day or two is neither here nor there. We don't even know there is a delay. Just because they haven't Tweeted doesn't mean the fluid hasn't gone. The next news might be a flow rate even if only preliminary.

Mind you if we don't get at least flow rates before the presentation on the 11th, what's Roland going to talk about? JV news by then is looking unlikely.

The strange thing is Toptuf all these people who talk about taking it down, looking for lower entry point etc. If you ask them if they base their share buying/selling on comments on boards like this, they will say " Don't be ridiculous" or some such. It's like they think most of the share buying public is gullible and they are some sort of superior breed. Baffling.
