I think it's the same old conundrum of balancing risk and reward sausage. If it drops further prior to news, the risk is pretty much the same but the potential reward (upside ) is greater. Tempted to grab a few more myself with a little bit of cash sitting in my ISA. Then I think of previous times I've done that and regretted it. Squeaky bum time.

Yes, but it's the GAIN from the reversal of the losses that's reduced.
