I agree. Rather than 'laid back' I'd say they knew exactly what the assets are and judging by the great slides detail and professionalism in planning , their idea of what a good sell out or farm out looks like is nailed into their minds. Whether they are shrewd enough at the negotiating table partly depends on them but also socio economic geopolitical reasons and cash rich gung-ho-ness of majors. We are all here cus we feeeeellll the good vibes. The only downside today is that HFB has gone walkabouts today.

Development plan 300 MMscfd from 2028 until 2050. Equivalent to 2. MMTpa of LNG.
2 Million tonnes LNG = 98,500,000 million Btu.
Average price per Btu in Asia say $30/MMBtu (recent peaks at $80, Oct =$51).
So 98.5 million x $30 = $2.95billion per year for 22 years = $65billion of LNG. Now THAT is a development plan.

A paper about sand particle size and slugging. Probably different from the fluid/ gas slugging.
The main thing is that these guys will know what to do about the sand. Take care my friend.

Just a reference to the fact that there are solids in the fluid. When I did my fluid dynamics course many years ago, it’s inevitable to get slugging if conditions are there and flow is not controlled. Like last year on another well that we followed slugging can be seen as a good sign if other factors are understood and controlled. IMO. It wasn’t meant to be negative. I just like the word. :-)

I guess the wise (meaning those who know the industry well) topped up this morning?
As a non oil man, I was at first dissappointed with the RNS today. However, thinking through and researching all that I can find, confidence is ticking Up along with the SP. Sand grain size and permeability discussions make perfect sense.
I do wonder at the games that are played though by management. For example why say "fluid flow rates in the thousands of barrels per day.. " When they could have given more precise max and avg flow rates?
Anyhow, folk got the update they wanted. The SP should tick up a bit as more ppl absorb the inference in today's info. Looking forward to more.
I bet there was a bit of good ol slugging going on down that hole!

The purpose of the company is seemingly to take on the remnants of 'the asset' that was rights to any income that may come from either a sale of Iclaprim or proceeds of sales of the drug that amount to anything above 'x' amount. Difficult to say what x might be as there are wolves asking for loans back. And no sight of any buyer or developer stepping in yet.
Last I heard is that they would do the right thing in distributing income rightfully to original shareholders should it ever happen. But I certainly wouldn't hold my breath. The problem is that we need a true representative of shareholders on the board of the new Services company to ensure that the ceo of the new outfit does not stray from legal boundaries. Which I fear, through lack of communication, may have already happened, even if inadvertently.
Just my understanding. Happy to be corrected if anyone has other info.
