Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.

After watching the nice glossy video again and recalling the poor result from Merlin 2. The homework questions I am setting are these.
Question 1: If a company was to create a stunning video as promotional material to attract investors would it be essential to avoid telling porkies in said video to avoid legal action against the BoD?
and
Question 2: If it become apparent that the company wasted investors money on red herring type investments, what action should investors take against the BoD?
Answers should not include "hindsight is a marvelous gift".
Just probing for thoughts and warning our BoD that we are watching them like hawks.
Still invested and anticipating that at least our neighbours drill may come up good pretty soon. Which may just focus minds back to Icewine enough to cause an upswing.
Living, learning and dreaming.

I think he's found a new toy in (twit)ter.
The realm of Trump and Musk.
Suits you sir!

Couldn't agree more PT.
Slow or stepped increases from here onto drill campaign.
Glad DM cleared up investor frustration today.
DM is 'Steadfast' now and so should investors be.? Bottom drawer for 4 months or build a bigger stake for those that can afford the wait and gamble. Exciting though if not nervy.
Everyone pays their money and takes their chance.
Good luck all lths.

I'm holding for now as I cannot see this glitch derailing progress. We've all seen similar incidents and know the outcome, even if it's sad.

Thanks for the link HFB.
I gotta say, I did smile reading that news!. I can see the film directors now, mapping out the storyline of how the little man beats the big corporate giant. Not that I like the news, but hats off to the locals.
No one likes something like this forced on their habitat. Hopefully, some dialogue and swapping of bright shiny things will go a long way. :-)

Maybe the last post is misleading? Kevin? Care to rewrite?

Another jump up then? All good.

Yes. Agreed. Directors just taking a planned 'wage' really. Cant blame them but perhaps they might have kept half and increased their stash?. Whatever. We don't really know their tax affairs and reasons. It's probably financial advise for a secure retirement?! Nice buy price, similar to my buy in price. But I ain't selling, Too early imo.

Good luck holders.

PI header. "No more dusters" is an interesting read too. Can't send link though. Last para =
"Expect to see a plenty of activity and interest in the coming weeks as the licensing details are announced and new projects are formed – for sure, there’ll be some small-cap explorers in the mix."
All Christmases coming at once by the looks of it.

Totally agree. In good times ppl like a drink. In bad times ppl like a drink. Great industry to invest in. Albeit subject to a good management team at the helm of each enterprise. In addition, easy to spot trend for premium drinks amongst millennial crowd gen x,y,z. Especially well marketed products, which I believe East Imperial is.
My wish list.
- US sales skyrocket
- Margins improve in double digit %s on news of US bottling.
- China wakes up to East Imperial brand, sales skyrocket. Huge volumes as Covid spectre dissapears and hip crowd get out and about.
- UK launch for East Imperial products well before
XMAS, with local bottling already in place immediately.
- Huge media storm of interest through social media, low cost free advertising. Already started in my mind.
- In 12 months, a takeover battle drives shares price to dizzy heights.
Can't understand where the share price is going this week. Just can't afford to buy more right now.
Fingers crossed for my wish list.

Yes. I know. Just frustrated with the interims really. Expected better. Dearly want to see projections of where they see themselves in 2, 3, 5 , 7 years. It must be my age. Still positive, but with more reservations than I had last month.

Couldn't give a shirt what others do. I know why I'm invested and not selling, yet. And I certainly won't be telling any bugger when I do.
A plantpot?
A guru?
Is he a dolt?

No Raise required if managed correctly. My view is that if they DO raise, that's the end of the company. It will die immediately. And I have lots to lose. I have emailed the company and demand due consideration to certain factors. They nust explain the route to profits. With out it, what is the point? I know they really these boards so answer the question . When is profitability planned?
If it were my company it would be end 2023. So who needs sacking?
