Just to add.
Folk can think what they like about DM. Good bad or whatever. But nobody can be in doubt that the bod are 100% sure about the Helium being there. Over 10% concentration of Helium has been detected. Previous rig was a poor choice but cheap. Discovery could not be confirmed. Poor decision but we've got over it, I hope.
Right now I personally am absolutely ****-a-hoop that they have raised so much money so quickly and with very little downside to the SP. Dilution without dilution seems fair to me.
Once the rig contract is signed and investors are given confirmation that the drill will happen in Q1, which is probably 90% sure already (imo), I am confident the SP will grow quickly accordingly.
Investors main issue will be when to sell. Too early and you will maybe break even or make a small profit. Riding it out to full blown results could be fantastic profits, high profits, modest profits or more delays and carrots dangling for another year in the mushroom compost. We all hope for the best case scenario.
The one given for me, is that the SP should rise over the next few months from here unless unseen events dictate otherwise.
Whatever happens, I think we all bought into a believable investment. And it still is a very believable investment.
Proving oil and gas commerciality is filled with endless time frames and porosity, permeability and flow issues. Helium is different. It will find its way through the tightest rocks and structures due to its small atom size and gaseous nature. But it has several seals trapping it under Rukwa. It is therefore a certainty that accumulations of He are trapped. This discovery is, for me, aleady proven. The market has not listened to a word that the BoD have said since Tai1 and 2. The confidence is still there and nobody, imo, should doubt that eventually the discovery status and appraisal will result in a declared actual recoverable reserves figure that will justify a market capital many multiples of today's mc. Its the reason Helium One exist.
The above is my opinion based on all I have gleaned in 18 months invested. Please do not invest based on my words. Please research and decide for yourself.
