Well. Surprised the shares were not bought up in full but I can't be right always. I wonder if I will get the 1000% shortfall shares that I requested?

A few more ppl with my confidence and we will get the funds we so desire. I suspect that the mkt suspension is because there is a big investor waiting in the wings to plough in the rest of the shortfall money anyway. No?

Who was is that said "dilution is only dilution if the share price falls and falls and falls"?

What if it rises and rises and rises? And the lucky ones take up their options? All a bit of a punt but... well... there is a flow test coming....

I wonder if the FT will now write a follow up piece to the attack that they found so news worthy last year? Ps - HSBC deadline is 17th Aug. Others may be different.. although officially it’s 22nd, a nominee account will be sooner to allow for admin and weekend.

More worryingly, the percentage of shorts in Chinese quoted pharma seems very high. Often in the teens. Ref a link inside one of the earlier links. Does that mean it’s not just corrupt salesmen and hospitals and officials but also traders? Most gamblers like to feel that they have an edge of breaking the system to win… human nature or criminality?

Just a thought.

Our job is to figure out what our pipeline is really worth regardless of the shenanigans.

i don't think there is much to go on other than whi's nov analysis. we need updates. but when they come the effect on sp and prospects could be quite dramatic given the ridiculously low market cap vs investment case. but i am a holder and probably biased.

two things i want. to buy some products in the uk. and then to see a massively successful sales boost connected to a rocket like phenomenal global interest in these amazing products.

it would be a crime if this company failed through plain and simple bad steering from the bod or menacing interference from wanna be controllers.

we can do without jobs for the boys bull****.

I’ve binned my Twitter account due to Musks interventions. I think he is rich enough without having to mess up a perfectly well functioning global tool, for financial gain. No doubt he thinks it’s altruistic. But I will take note of your invaluable pointer.

Great to see you still posting and committed to this share. Will we ever see the UK launch? It’s seems to have disappeared from the radar for now. Not totally happy here but decided to hold firm. Not risking piling more in until the BOD start talking to us more. To quiet for my liking. We need revenue figures, viable growth projections, reports of ecstatic customers globally, not directors who say nowt… then boom or bust. This isn’t AIM.

Interesting that they were concerned about sp slippage being caused by a poor BOD and forced McGeorge in! He had no proper job allegedly. Now McGeorge has got a potential new job (hint Revolution Beauty RNS today) -- It could be why the SP is motoring.

Have TP and Mc George ruined progress for EISB for the last 2/3 years? Possibly. Could this be the start of a new ERA. Suddenly things could pick up? Who knows, but the SP is being moved by something....

There is this paragraph. That seems to very much read as an incentive for Burt to perform and get the share price up... hardly a bad thing.

"On the earlier of (i) First Completion and (ii) the Business Day falling within 45 days following the date of the Subscription Agreement, the Company's obligations under the 2025 Convertible Loan Notes will also be secured by (1) a share charge to be granted over the entire issued share capital of East Imperial Pte. So if we hit 10p, Burt has zero damage to his Shares. And a sliding scale from 1p inbetween.

My bet is that the next 12 months will be small incremental steps up in sp as news is drip fed through with encouraging 'results' in various locations. I guess the slow historic news flow will miraculously speed up. But I could be wrong.

Anything above 5p would be lovely..

No paperwork at all. It's all in a SIPP and an ISA.

All I have is a scrap of paper by the bed that gets chucked in the bin when I sell up, in about 5 weeks from now. At my estimated 400% profit, if luck continues.

I'll be back if if drops back though.

My opinion.

This share is one of two things.

1. A massive opportunity to make a lot of money. Based on their assets and possible fruition of next few years work.

Or

2. One to stay clear of based on the massive sp manipulation we have just been through.

I missed out on selling at the highs. But managed to average down a bit with a few lucky trades a few months back. A nervous medium term hold for me. But I wish the shannanigans would stop. Don't trust this board any more. Definitely a share that's due financial investigations if they don't clean up their act.

Monetisation of helium and route to market using available commercial equipment makes it a very scalable operation, at relatively low cost. Both Noble and Helium One have said similar things. How true this is I have no idea as I'm no expert. As small companies, they could go it alone and make an absolute fortune if successful. But rapid growth can be difficult in may ways. For that reason, I think I'd prefer a huge buy out at a really good price together with some free shares in the buyers company.

I thought the Noble and our announcements today would have created a much larger uplift to the sp, but times are strange lately. I guess it’s a case of waiting for the big boys to get in on the act… they shouldn’t be too far away IMO.
