I found this on another 'Bermele' chat board from 2019..
"this is clearly an Andrew Regan/Corvus set-up - as these signals make clear: Three of the founders of Bermele are: - James Bligh - a 5% shareholder in Bermele, granted 4 million options, employed by Bermele in a business development capacity: a long standing gopher of Andrew Regan from Corvus days. Bligh was also deeply involved in the failed Cloudtag Inc. another Corvus project - Walker Crips Stockbroker - a 4% shareholder in Bermele held as nominee for Robert Regan, Andrew Regan’s brother. - BMAS Agency – listed as a founder of Bermele but not identified as a shareholder (shares probably held in a nominee name) . A director of BMAS is Joseph Regan, Andrew Regan’s son Certain directors of Bermele have longstanding relationships with Andrew Regan/Corvus: - Toby Hayward, previously a director of the two dogs, Afren and Sirius Petroleum PLC (Corvus has/had an interest in Sirius) - Richard Griffith – a 3% shareholder in Bermele. Griffiths is a close associate of Andrew Regan. They have many connections in common eg. Griffiths was a director of Zest Group PLC in which Corvus was a shareholder. - Anthony Reeves, a non-exec of Bermele is ex Cloudtag, Nuformix plc (both companies in which Corvus had an interest)".
So, my assumption at present is that a battle for control is very much happening in the background. Hmm!
But on the positive side, it could be a fantastic boost if the outcome was amicable and leads to more rapid growth & transition to the markets we aspire to win. I do expect the bod to do what is in the best interests of shareholders. But will that happen? Who knows.
