Indeed. Not concerned myself to be honest. I have been known to time it right on the other share. Selling just before a Placing, buying back in after a 15% sp drop, thereby holding about 12% more shares or thereabouts. But this share seems more difficult to predict the timing. And I don't want to be out of this during the 'fun run' weeks. Good luck all.

RNS 2nd Sep 2021 says...
"The net proceeds of the Placing, together with the Company's existing cash reserves (A$14.9 million as at 1 September 2021), will strengthen the Company's balance sheet and finance the drilling and logging of the Merlin-2 appraisal well in Q1 2022, targeting 652 million barrels in the N20, N19 and N18 horizons, fund lease acreage payments and enable identification and execution of potential new project opportunities. Following completion of the proposed Placing, the Company will have sufficient cash to fund its ongoing working capital requirements and general and administrative overheads for at least 12 months."
Maybe they need more money for the champagne?! Dave Wall has left, so maybe they won't raise until the price sticks at around 4 or 5p. Wishful thinking, yes. Impossible, no. Just need a blinding commentary during the drilling campaign.

Yes. Check out everyone's history. Cbaron just exaggerated under 15 billion shares and magically wrote 150 billion. It was of course deliberate. Says it all really. Hesnot holding (possibly never did hold) and now sick, again, that he's missing out.

It seems a genuine move by our BoD. I wonder why they would do that? Usually a sign of greater things to come? Fingers crossed for a marvellous year ahead.

It's difficult to dictate how distributors 'shelve' your products. However, the main thing is getting product onto pallettes along with the marketting message 'you have to try this to understand why you want to buy'. Why does anyone pay for premium stuff? Because they believe its trendy, or worth spending the extra for the taste and cudos? It helps if they stick the cartons with the branding facing the customer though!

Am I right in saying that you saw a perfect opportunity to sell on a peak and buy back on a dip, but due to your principles of ' not trading' you did not take the initiative to protect yourself from the dilution that was coming, albeit small?

I must say the professionalism of answering shareholders questions together with LinkedIn and Instagram stuff does make one rather excited for the future of our investment.
No samples of product in the UK yet but anticipation from me is very high. Would love to hear comme to from board members in USA or APAC regions who have tasted and enjoy the various flavours. Just drooling thinking of it!

Ps - Received very glossy, good looking literature about each product including sugar comparisons with competitors. Very up market and compares very favourably for East Imperial.
Anticipation rising for me and wondering how US and APAC sales are looking going into Xmas. I guess we will have to guess for a while. But looking good on the marketting front.
