Maybe the price is reflective of a 90% tanking of Hur recoverable resources . In a nutshell at this point Hurricane will have sufficient production to repay Debt only . The accurate picture of a forward plan is awaited to determine if Hurricane has a future .

Wonder if prospectus will commit to a minimum Pmo Sp to get this over the line ? Presently value of Chrysaor has many variables and anything between $3 b - $8b is possible . Valuation of newco calculated after Pmo $2.1B debt and purchase price is factored in reducing an unknown value .
TD should do one decent job for the shareholders before retiring to his Island , setting a minimum value of 25P equivalent .

Sp will be controlled in 20p - 24p zone until Q1 and deal completed .
This is not free market economics its manipulation .
December prospectus should confirm this shocking deal .

Firstly why Tullow on here ? Has zero impact on Pmo .
ARCM were very clever in closing the legal route for PMO on non declared shorts . In the settlement where they agreed to vote for the BP deal they would have closed the litigation route . This results in Pi's with limited funds attempting to take on a multi million dollar company , ARCM who were found guilty by the toothless FSA .

As previously stated a court case by individual's will not work . I will be contacting my MP regarding the most appropriate government official with Oversight of the FSA and the laws surrounding shorting . My goal is very simple , a change in the law and the penalty for non -compliance .
As :
1. All shorts opened on a UK top 500 company have to be made public within 48 Hours .

2. Failure on Disclosure above will result in a $100m minimum fine if found guilty.

3. The compensation from a Guilty verdict , will place Shareholders as first in line to said compensation based on Audited losses .
