This is managed for C.A to make a Strategic exit with Kerogen then diluting the shareholders in Kerogen's favour .

With the company 'Possibly' sitting on Free cash in May 2021 of $140m ( $50 boe) production 12,500 . Should Hurricane sell an Asset or raise finance for remaining $85m , agreement wise the C.B's can be settled . Correct ?
Is the Hurricane stake in Lincoln worth $85 m ?

Agree with you John , Bondholders have the company by the throat and no BOD recently has looked after ALL Shareholder interests .

Agreed Daltry Basically Chrystal Amber and Kerogen will drive the Company in the Direction that Profits them .
Still believe if any action is beneficial to other Shareholders (us) , it is Negotiating a Deal to pay back Cbs in next 4 months . Anything other will wipe out Pi's in my opinion . Oil staying above $50 buys time .

One of the Major challenges these days is Companies actually doing the 'Right Thing ' for Shareholders . This particular part of many Companies vocabulary has been consigned to Presentation's and is Word rather than Deed .
With our Beloved Hurricane we have Kerogen and Crystal Amber controlling around 27% of the Stock with probably C.B influence on the side .
How do these Wolves guarding the Flock see 2021 ? This is the Question .

Therefore the Best course of Action for Hurricane Shareholders is that a Deal is negotiated to Pay the Debt at a reasonable Discount .
Apparently Hurricane Cb's presently at a 50% Discount on the Trading platform .

They would not be taking one for the Shareholders of Hurricane , as they would be looking after their own Stakeholders .
By extracting themselves from what could be a complete disaster their own Self - preserving interests would be served .
The C.B holders don't give a Rats A for any Shareholders in this Game , sometimes your first loss is your Best loss . If quiet a few Pi's could escape this share with a 20% haircut they would take your arm off . I certainly would .
