Free, while I agree to a certain extent we don't know the motivation behind their seemingly spontaneous resignation, whether their own actions or frr's were the causation. I'm not sure you can put the blame soley on Cairn for this situation yet.
You could argue that they have put frr in a stronger position by stopping the arse falling out of the sp and therefore reducing the perceived pressure for frr to settle the court case more swiftly, with perhaps a less favorable outcome.

Would a tweet along the lines of. 'court case progressing (well) , in talks with new/old? nomad' be too much? But I have a feeling we're only going to receive news on events that have final outcomes.

The absolute zero information and communication in what is probably the most pivotal moment in frr in recent times is definitely sending shareholders stirr crazy. Zaza better have some good justification/amazingly positive news to save himself some serious slating. At this rate it feels like the 24th will come and go without a peep from the company.
Shareholders are just left to return to this bb to blindly reassure each other or share their frustrations because what else can we do - it better all be part of some 7d tactical chess game and not just frr being ****!

PJOHN the example you posted got their extra month DD 3 days before that company even delisted to start with. Leaving it till the last minute isn't going to gain us any extra time than it would of from announcing it day 1.

Unless it is some ploy like Zib said in forcing a ooc settlement from Hope by threat of voting him off if we delist.

Definitely not coming round to your idea - just skeptical about FRR having a nomad evoked an 'expedition process' or at least, YET and if they have, why haven't they told us mushrooms and why are the brokers sending out their automated delisting emails if this is the case. I'm not entirely convinced this is helpful to us? They rns'd a nomad and that they had started the expedition process 3 days before they even delisted. We have heard nothing of any sort about anything - apart from in talks with a nomad from another source. If they had started an expedition process why wouldn't they tell us shareholders? Or tell the brokers they have extended the delisting date by a month. Hope I am wrong and the radio silence is some sort of tactical ploy, the 24th comes and goes without any event apart from maybe an rns from our new nomad. No news is supposed to be good new right? Starting to get a little bit anxious now push is comes to shove. Fingers crossed for Monday!

That would make sense to why he refuses to initiate it himself, also he couldn't really pay this mythical NOMAD with the shares he doesn't really have.

If people are getting automated messages from brokers about delisting, then doesn't that imply the possibility of a few things (and if I understand it right)
A: any potential nomad hasn't applied for 'expedition take-on process' or atleast yet.
B: they don't need it because they're going to be signed before the initial delisting deadline
C: jobs fxcked
Surely the brokers would be notified if the delisting deadline had been moved back an extra month because of this expedition process? - if it has been started as of yet.

My biggest worry about frr is the fact I've made the same decision to invest in them as rainbow - which worries me a lot. It takes some effort to never post anything of substance 10 times a day. I have very little to contribute myself amongst all the well researched long term holders here, so I keep quiet mostly. What is that Plato saying 'a wise man talks because he has something to say... Zaza reassured shareholders at the meeting that frr don't undertake legal action unless they have a very strong case(otherwise why bother) . This was in reference to this case against outrider, we have extremely limited information as it stands and so do the doomsayers. Zazas recent track record of 2 super majors, 60mil funding and YA seem good to me - so I am relatively unnerved about current events and even more so because they are out of my control due to the suspension.

I think the shorters probably had wind of the suspension hence the big drive and fiasco yesterday - to close their shorts.
