Cheers AJ. It would be nice to see if Kawaley puts any of his own spin into the write ups though or reveals any more tidbits of info than we know.
This bit is interesting.
Counsel for the Cayman Defendants attempted to get Plaintiffs to agree to dismiss the Cayman Islands Action with prejudice. (Id., ¶ 3, and Exhibit A). Plaintiffs refused, asserting that Plaintiffs “fully stand by and reaffirm
their claims as made in the” Cayman Islands Action, and that Plaintiffs reserved their right to re-file such claims and any related claims. (Id., ¶ 4). The Cayman Defendants quickly capitulated, consenting to Plaintiffs’ discontinuance
without prejudice.'
'quickly capitulated' Or is just standard proceedings for the defendants to try it on to show their 'innocence'?
I'm not jumping on the hypewagon at the minute, I seem to remember previously everyone saying Hope had failed his fiduciary duties for dead cert, regarding his financing denial - only for Kawaley to 'robustly' find at the time, with the evidence given, that was not the case.
I'm hoping the discovery gave FRR some substantially bigger rocks to throw at Hope and maybe even a grenade or 2
