Guys, I think you're being a bit liberal with the term 'hacked' if the details were put out on a public forum, i'm not sure there was much 'hacking' involved. If someone has brute-forced his pw on the website and got into his account then yes. Someone changing his password could of simply just been someone playing a joke or trolling to be annoying given everyone and anyone could see it. I don't think it is half as sinister as people are reporting on here given it is free to signup etc.

That line you quoted basically says the appeal would be successful on the grounds that the judge was not privy to all the information/evidence that is now available when he made the decision at the preliminary stage. Whether that means the new evidence is good, or it just means there is a chunk of evidence that frr want to submit that hasn't been reviewed and therefore is grounds for appeal alone, I don't know.

That is definitely the effect a couple of posters are having on me. I can see patience wearing thin on the board, where the sound of silence is ruined with inane optimism and endless poems about 'aim is a game' which makes me genuinely question how I came to the same investment decision as these people. Just imagine, if there was 1 or 2 more these posters on the board, you. Wouldn't need court cases or bad news to make investors flee in droves as they clogg the board with jibberish, undermining investors own confidence and decisions making.

Zen I believe it is in reference to the end of paragraph 42 (as someone pointed out to me) where it says that FRR claim that outrider was trying to swipe block12 is unsustainable, basically because Hughes himself said it is pointless trying to pursue anything beyond the 2million security (as in block 12) as it will fail to be paid by frr - that is my understanding

I'm not super savvy with business but if I was outrider I would want the note repayments restructuring to 'maximize their commercial return' as the judge states in his final paragraph. Can they reject a flat out cash repayment of the 22.9million plus interest, if they want? Obviously they are not in total position of power with Georgian government waiting in the wings but they have a lot less to lose technically (was it 4 million they paid for the loan notes?) than frr

Could be to sort a share issue/equity for shiterider as part of the ooc settlement? Now they most likely know what's in the box fully, they would be more inclined to take shares as repayment over money. Or atleast a portion. Given we found that info out about consolidation and relist after the latest known court documents, which heavily lean towards a ooc settlement with them having the upper hand to spoil it for everyone. Thoughts?
