If they didn’t know then this process just wouldn’t be going ahead, why would it? The BOD would hardly sell it at a massive discount for the sake of not firming this all up, why would they? 4 weeks since the interims & DLA Piper news and 6 weeks since the board changes RNS. Can’t be much longer now. IMO a 3 or 4 bagger at least from here if they get the deal over the line. Worse case scenario there is no deal and we just sit back and reap the rewards in a few years time through dividend payments from the epic cash cow we will have. What’s not to like? GLA

I think it was just to put any rumours to bed and to inform that the FSP process hasn’t been compromised. I think that’s all it was...refer to the interims, no new news since then. I’m not reading anymore into in than that. GLA

Tilly, I agree with your valuation, 3 bagger from here if it happens. Highland Gold is actually a good comparison and if you look at their reserves and sale price and then apply a premium (as EUA metals are more valuable) and if EUA can prove all of their resources it comes out around that figure. I’ve guessed a bit higher as I think there may be a few things we don’t know about yet. GLA

I’m sure we will see all the boys loading up big time before this happens as someone will let the cat out of the bag. Meanwhile we all have to wait patiently like good pirates (or try to). GLA

I don’t think this is a comparison. If EUA were to carry on and mine their sites themselves the SP would go up in increments and in time it would become significant. The parties interested are purchasing that growth early and at a discount. GLA

They will have been involved for longer. The RNS was not to tell us that they were suddenly involved, it was just woven into the interims. The RNS before was board changes (so probably not appropriate to drop it in there). End of the month a week on Friday, 4 weeks from the interims. Everyone loves a deadline. GLA

Isn’t it just the closing of the CFD which is always a net equal position. The profit or loss is sorted out between client and broker. That’s my understanding. GLA
