We know the contractor at WK was charging 65%.
Take 10% off for the contractors net margin = 55%.
55% = cost to get it out the ground.
Gross margin for new entity say 25% - 30%.
What’s left over is the value of the asset = 15% - 20%.

Look at the SP when EUA entered the FSP compared to now. Looks to me like market demand and sentiment has been extremely high and pointing towards a big sale and rums all round. GLA

The SP will go up and down for a bit (they normally do). All that matters is the likelihood of some kind of deal must be very high now. Sit back, have a beer (or a rum) and wait for news. It will certainly move then. GLA
