I gave up smoking on Saturday so I’m on day 6. I’ve been watching this share for a long time now but this week feels like Chinese water torture. Is that just the smoking or does everyone else feel like this, lol. GLA

There are a load of deferred shares and share options to take into account on top of the listed ordinary shares in play (although they may not be at full value upon sale, I can’t remember). Anything over a 70/80p and we are doing very well. GLA

Highland Gold offer was about £1.3b - £1.4b (including the debt they were carrying). I think they have 19Moz of reserves (not all of which are firm). This is about as good a comparison as there is at the moment. EUA metal basket maybe more valuable, extraction costs a bit cheaper and maybe more reserves. GLA

If it is NN then they would obviously want this on the agenda but that doesn’t mean it will be (either because it’s not NN or it is and they are unable to mention it). WK has had a cash injection (maybe influenced by the buyer, not sure) and investigations have been happening around MK for some time. I’m now lost as to what the pressure is on a date for the buyer (if WK is set up how they want it for the new mining season). Can only be good if they are firming up all the goodies in the ground though. Time for a beer. GLA

Comparing the SP to the sale price is a waste of time as the value is increasing all of the time. It was 7p when they entered the FSP. If the deal isn’t announced for a while and further good news is released then the SP will rise further. It’s a moving target so I don’t think the 2 are connected (although I agree they usually are). SP dropped down to 17p for quite a while after the placing (before flying up to 37p). Maybe you should have got in then? I bought loads more then. GLA

It was 7p when they entered the FSP so it is already 4 times that so no reason to think it won’t go up many multiples again before conclusion (if news is released) or on conclusion. GLA
