Of course they are not mining bitcoin right now do you really think if they was they would be £2m MCAP?

We are discussing whether they will be able to commence production in the near term and the logistics of how it may be possible

Suppose the key is to have the contacts and know how to just know how to mine one bitcoin, never mind tens hundreds or thousands, to be fair tens of bitcoins would cover half of the market cap

I certainly have no clue how to mine a bitcoin, I would be turning up with a shovel so they've definitely got some value there

They will not be short of options
If they do announce plans to mine bitcoin, even if they raise money to do it, hopefully it is at a much larger price than today's MCAP
They also have a court case pending which could give them £6m so on that basis investors may be a little bit more enticed to back them with funding to set up the operation

At least they make 0.99% on bitcoin sells/purchases, rising price of bitcoin will improve their margins and revenue as those that have bought and held will now be selling at a higher price giving that 0.99% to MODE

Not sure how much they managed to pay 5% interest, hope this does not come out of the transaction fees but has to come from somewhere... only concern is how are they funding the interest payments

- SaaS slightly up as per itermins, actually up over 10% if you take out the 200K contract signed at the end of 2019

The above is what I care about, the rest is a bonus - but of course if you want a quick spike and a quick buck then you may get it from a vaccine tracking order

Although to be fair you may also get it when Cubemonk raise $50m, that has to be spent somewhere, even 2% of that for starcom devices would go a long way to increasing the market cap

Looking to take a position here, yes that is difficult as the SP was below 10p a few weeks back but you have to look forward, and I am running the numbers on this deal, any idea of what they charge per school or per user? And any evidence of this? (Link if possible)

If we go by the RNS

70K School
Total Market Potential is 230K Schools - 3.28x the RNS figure of 70K
Users therefore (total market) would be 13m x 3.28 = 42.7m - this is the total market size

If the price is £5 per user per year, then the total for capturing 25% of the original market expectation of 70K schools or 13m users would be 5x13000000x0.25= £16.25m x2 for 50% and x3 for 75% as standard

If they achieved or could get into the total market
then you have 5x 42.7m x0.25 = £53.39m (usd or local currency - regardless)

Of course this would be recurring per annum, so you could apply a PE ratio vs this figure

The maximum market with 75% capture would be ~£160m per annum, of course we apply discounts (e.g. hence calculating what 25% of the original smaller market would be, my first calculation of £16.25m) however even on that DEV would trade on a PE of around 4 which goes without saying, extremely low for the market

Not invested as of yet but very interested - what are the chances of this simply not happening, the company pulls out or it simply does not get adopted?
