Looks very good, I think we are pretty clear until the high 40's here

Major tailwinds and interest in the company + peers in the market have done 2-300% so we really need to set our sights high

investors cannot invest in MKAR at $10 per share when MKA gives you access at $5 per share

Either MKAR crashes in value between now and listing date, which since the F4 is now public, cannot happen... or MKAR lists at $10 per share as expected and MKA rises closer to its holding in MKAR

You cant have it both ways because it would be like two shops next to each other, both selling the same bottle of milk for £1 and £2 respectively, buyers will naturally just go to the cheaper option pushing the price up of the cheaper store.

Same thing happened with 80M

As soon as the F4 became public investors starting slowly (then aggressively) accumulating in 80M vs GLND, although GLND has done terribly since (Oil stock not rare earths) but the read across is you can either buy face value in the listed asset e.g. MKAR at $10 per share, or you can buy MKA now which would be like buying stock at say $5 per share pre-ipo, only caveat is if MKAR does 100% on listing day you cant sell, but as its an actual solid asset backed by the US GOVT many wont be looking to sell, USAR for reference IPO'd at $8 I believe and hit $18, either way its going to be explosive and when news gets out then US investors will position here due to the massive discount and hypromag exposure.

What many also dont realise is todays market cap is ~$233m vs what will likely be a SPAC listing of say $350/360m net to MKA, so already we are a looking at a 50% increase from here WITHOUT any HyProMag value which is insane

BUT, here's the kicker. Almost every single RE IPO that I have seen in the last 12 months has been absolutely explosive, rising over 50% on listing day (I still have a tweet of USAR hitting 18p!)

So not only can you buy at a 50% discount with HyProMag thrown in for free, but investors will be flocking to pay the face value of the listing, in anticipation of an explosive rise on IPO day.

You could pay £1+ for MKA today and the logic would be sound.

Insane value! In the coming sessions I suspect we will do serious numbers once this is fully digested and makes its way around investor circles.

USAR and MP are leading in the space but my word we are picking off competitors fast coming from the back of the pack, I think the BoD are truly going for it, they want to take on the big guns and dont seem to have any fear. Love it!

99.9% of listed companies would bit your hand off for that type of growth and investment in just a 12-18 month period (yes aware we did also raise at 24p, 12.5p and 5p but if you dont understand how bad the re market was during those years then you really need to do some research!)

the last raise as well, £12.5m - we truly attracted some interest with that one, and now they have stuck to their word and found an absolute gem. i always ask myself when an acquisition takes place, 'how would you feel if a rival did this? lcm for example?'.

if usar/lcm took over this company, very close to our operations btw, id be pretty ****ed and annoyed why we didn't compete.

Privately owned by a multi-billion euro organisation, lots of money has been spent on multiple plants over the years that were pretty much mothballed or just plodded along due to Chinese suppression in pricing, by acquiring assets at distressed prices, once price floors come online in the EU we will be absolutely crushing it.

Everyone says buy when there is blood on the streets, well these assets have been through a similar situation and MKA is being aggressive before all of this becomes legislation later in 2026 and 2027.

Someone is really hammering in the buys this week, I know we are biased and focus on just the buying (obv there has to be a seller) but considering MP and USAR were both down almost 10% each and we are currently trading ahead, I think that bodes extremely well and potentially suggests someone knows a little bit more than I currently do perhaps regarding the SPAC.

Depends how far along it is, but Tbf I couldn't care if it lists as late as December 2026 as long as the F4 gets made public and it becomes a guaranteed reality?

If we are going to get $400m in the coming weeks or at the end of the year, all that matters is that it is going to happen.

Either way we get ~70-80p in listed value at some point this year and the SP is 46p, with zero value to hypromag... ill buy that for a buck!

The MINE alone is being listed at $400M minus any pipe funding, even if that goes for $200M (which is ridiculous) the entire market cap it almost covered

We need to start thinking big and get out of this UK perception that our stocks are worth what the traditional UK investor says it to be, yes it doesnt help when you raise at X and Y levels but that's the nature of the business, look at IQE raised at 19p the other week and its 53p now because its now a popular US retail stock.

We are worth £2+ and we are trading at a massive discount, nobody will believe it until we get there, and we will get there much faster when the global base realises just what we have.

A bottle of water is worth 50p in the corner shop, and £5 in Disneyland, and priceless to someone lost in the desert.

MKA has been sold in the corner shop for far too long, time to move up in the world!

Magic its a good Q but if you think about the 'goal' then it makes a bit more sense IMHO to scale up 'next year'

Lets be real, we have limited funds, whats more important right now, being able to produce 'every' single magnet e.g N52 etc or scaling from 100tpa to maybe 300tpa?

Sure 300tpa is amazing, its an extra £12m revenue perhaps, but it comes with significant costs - IMHO what we need right now (and management will hopefully reveal in due course) is a stronger offering, this comes via the aquisition of the german magnet business and second we need investors on a large scale.

MKA could likely blow the entire £12m right now scaling up, but what would it do to the SP vs building our our suite and our offering, and then bundling all that into an IPO document at the end of 2026 where we can potentially raise hundreds of millions?

This is IMHO managements strategy, we have the blueprint and the technology, we are proving it across the UK and the EU and very soon hopefully the USA. There's no need to be aggressive now IMHO on scale, what we want to be able to do is say we can produce every magnet to the highest standard, as thats what investors will pay for when HyProMag lists in hopefully less than 12 months time.

What if he spins it out then like BMN did, new management... surely investors would flock to a pure play tungsten asset with solid management. It's an option, and would provide almost endless liquidity for ATM.

I would of course in this case move my cash to the tungsten asset... so perhaps its not a good idea afterall, but its been done before.

Agree TD2 he is the biggest risk, but now with ACAM and GC on board (who must have done extensive DD to invest that amount) I dont think there is anything left to 'screw up' if that makes sense? ACAM have their interest and investment, see what comes of that. It reminds me of MKA at an early stage with Talaxis, back then (and still now) the board raise at what seem to be ridiculous levels, but the long term trend is significantly up.

Unless AV copies FM and spins out the tungsten asset as its own listed vehicle to attract more retail investment and use it as a cash cow like BMN did with ATM before going bust.

There are NOT many tungsten assets left that haven't absolutely skyrocketed in valuation. Just last week Tungsten put in a new ATH, whilst everything else was selling off

The reason this could do 20x is because when you get parabolic price moves like this your EBITDA can increase by several thousand percent, likewise with SML.

For example, lets take a gold producer as an example from 2022

Spot price: $2200

AISC: $2000

Profit: $200 Lets just say 1m ounces a year so profit = 1m x $200 = $200m

Now investors here may think well how can this do a 20x?

With gold at $4500, although gold has doubled, your PROFITS are up 2500/200=12.75x - so your share price should reflect this. When we take tungsten into account, which is up astronomically, I mean the tungsten price today is the equivalent of gold hitting $20,000 thats how insane this price rise is, every single tungsten related asset should at least 2-3x in price just on anticipation of a strike and proven grounds should be looking at 10x minimum. This is HISTORIC and I cannot stress how insane it is that ATM is not already 2-3x on anticipation. They signed the deal with ACAM when tungsten was just over $1000 MTU and likely negotiated when it was $6-800! ACAM got an absolute STEAL but ATM got a superb partner. WIN WIN.

In all honestly I dont think its much of a coincidence that well respected players are now coming onboard not long after they announced the tungsten investment.

I am sure you are all aware but the tungsten asset is pretty much the only listed asset I am aware of that hasn't absolutely skyrocketed in valuation (although I am sure it has behind the scenes)

TUN is up several hundred percent from the lows and SML's Redmoor asset is up again several hundred percent, producers like EQR are up 2000% or more

I think the shrewd investment community knows that any strike on this asset and the valuation could 20x in short order, yes you read that right, 20x from a paltry £85m market cap.

Ofc lets not get too excited, the asset is still at a discovery stage, but when you take into account tin prices at $49K and UIS expansion coming online, there really isn't a better bet on any marketplace for this price.
