Director just got £5m as CEO to TAO

Put in £200K here at 0.64p

Not going to let that investment go to waste, why put in such a large amount when it wasn't necessary?

What an incredible find, is it definitely the same guy? (99% sure but never know could be a very unlikely coincidence!)

So he put £250K in at 0.64, goes and signs a £5m deal for his company where he is CEO... and we expect CLAI to just sit here BELOW the price he paid for his shares... surely something afoot!

Because its been staked does that mean they can't liquidate it? It says liquidate the yield not the SOL.

We have further enhanced this strategy by staking our SOL onto a Delegator, which generates additional SOL as yield. We have the option of liquidating this yield to assist with operational expenses or to reinvest elsewhere, creating a sustainable revenue stream to support our operations.

You have a golden opportunity here to seriously increase the valuation of your company

Moves to date have been excellent, and the confidence shown by directors paying 0.64p on the open market for £250K, which is a sizeable investment compared to market cap, is something not even the biggest treasuries have seen from their boards.

My suggestions would be go fast and be aggressive, and have a clear plan.

To have a clear plan in my humble opinion, you need to either go all in in SOL or all in in BTC.

An RNS stating that you have converted the £460K SOL into BTC and added it to the treasury would certainly get the markets attention, and ofc adding more from the recent raise and director puchases

That would put CLAI on nearly £1m bitcoin vs a micro £4m cap. To put that into context, COIN (Coinsillium) just raised £2.5m at a whopping £80m valuation!

They do have some advantages, they are on AQUIS which investors now see as the 'crypto exchange' and they have a lot of US contacts, including a small US listing on the OTCQB.

However, the blue print is there to be aggressive and move fast

How much cash does SEED have compared to CAP?

· Strong cash position of £3.5 million at 30 September 2024 providing resilience and flexibility to take advantage of emerging opportunities.

Would it not be better to put that into bitcoin with all these companies doing 100x?

They'd have almost more bitcoin that COIN and thats trading at £50m cap nearly.

Also the closest thing to COIN as well, we will have £1.25m bitcoin and a new venture later this week.

COIN is up 33% today, many many multiples our cap - we wont be too far away hopefully in the near term

SWC is the master UK treasury, what happens to SWC will impact all other treasuries so even if you are not invested, you need this one to do well.

I have also taken some HEV (Helium Ventures AQSE / HEV) as they've got some big news coming this week, raising £1.25m from NewCube and starting their own treasury, I like the team in place there hoping it can do well.

PR1 is interesting due to the price drop, they could make things happen.

VULT just announced ETH which is a nice secondary play,

I think the key is to get that second and third investment, then the market knows you are serious. When you do your first raise, its hard to tell if you are just 'jumping on the bandwagon' or if you truly have a plan in place and are committed.

CLAI seems to have fallen off a cliff after the director raise debacle, wanting shares at 0.2 then paying 0.64 open market. Plus I am avoiding anything not on the AQUIS exchange as obv aquis is the best for raising capital.

GLA good to see the market so active and positive again, has been about 5 years in the UK since the diagnostics boom in 2020.

Pointing out the elephant in the room initially yes looks like a very short couple of months delay before we start making actual revenues, but the positives are significant

The magnets are performing just as good as traditional magnets, which is an unreal achievement!

So I'm very proud of the team today and it has reinforced by belief that HyProMag can be the world leader in recycling technology for RE magnets.

Looks like there are dozens of co.s testing the magnets as we speak so should get some news on that soon.

Bodes SUPER well for the department of defence if the magnets are performing as good as traditional ones, might explain the $92m from the export bank perhaps last week.

But yet no mention for years beforehand, when feedstock has always been a key component and ingredient for the investment case, yet its brought up on RNS day of all days.

PS its not just the feedstock that brings value, the technology ALONE has significant underlying value.

In terms of the EU, every single product will need to be labelled with what critical minerals it contains and 25% of ALL members states must source from recycling.

The feedstock is there, proving the tech was and still is the biggest hurdle, and making the full suite of magnets, but we've already covered about 70% of then and the UK production plant is imminently about to commence.

we did say once the UK one goes live everything else will quickly fall into place, looks like thats happening.

A third, the mole, the one who pretends to be invested and want what's best for shareholders, but has 'concerns' that need to be addressed.

No CLAI is priced as such because the market doesn't know where it is headed next

SWC is priced at £260m with £26m bitcoin because the market believes it will achieve significant funding to become the UK's leading BTC treasury, IF SWC does not receive further funding then yes that valuation gap will close rapidly closer to £40-50m CAP, similar to what is happening here. These only work if you can continue to raise and buy bitcoin in greater numbers each time.

But what you have is irrelevant, as per my first post, for a BTC strategy to work its what you will receive not what you have. Its £3m cap with less than £1m crypto, not a bad start but needs more investment otherwise SP just goes to crypto holdings value ~£1-1.5m cap max. So they need some II investment on board... hopefully they can get some as its got a good few boxes checked CLAI.

Which is still good btw, not knocking £462K! by any means.

They dont have millions in Crypto, it literally stated what they have in Crypto on the 30th may in the latest update, just two weeks ago
