'Songwe is a minerals security partnership project'

For those new, MSP is a US government division to find and fund critical mineral projects, like the strategic EU status we achieved for Songwe recently.

HyProMag was selected mid 2024, but Songwe was never mentioned until todays RNS.

The Americans are coming for Songwe.

IMHO, MKA get an OTC listing in the coming weeks

US investors can then choose

Invest in MKA at £80m today, or take part in two of its projects (Pulawy and Songwe) for $400m USD.

MKA will then not be reliant on the PTSD UK investor base 'too good to be true'

US investors will see a serious bargain and buy up al the stock, not only that but they get access to HyProMag.

MKA therefore hits 50p+ in the coming weeks. Perhaps a raise involving US investors.

MKA doesn't need the UK market anymore, the Americans have spoken.

Danger is an offer comes in for 50p or thereabouts.

Lots of fingers in the pie who want this listed now so will be interesting to see how the book changes in the coming weeks.

Precisely, Cohen and Co are some of the most respected advisors and mergers in the space, if not the most respected.

This figure hasn't come from the BoD, its come from 8 months of due diligence by an expert advisory / transaction company who listed USAR for $800m, and completed a $300m Gold Listing just the other week.

Every single person on this board, including myself, who have put in years and years of research, dont have the credentials to argue with C+C's estimated valuation.

$400m is what they are worth, today.

In 12 months when we list, it could be more, it could be less, but right now its $400m, case closed.

Agree with last two posters, the dilution now at 0.2 is so great it’ll be very difficult to get anywhere near 0.6-1p (1p would be nearly £90m cap)

However as a reset button

At 0.2 the entire cap is mostly covered by cash

At 0.3 the MNAV is around 1.7x which is absurdly cheap compared to SWC COIN VULT HEV etc you name it

Now I’m not saying 1.7x is cheap compared to MSTR, is isn’t, it’s actually about in line.

So either all those other tresuries crash down to CLAI, or CLAI rises to trade in line with the other treasuries

Both cannot be true because it would be an absurd discount, like paying $5000 for an ounce of gold from one shop and ignoring the other who is offering it for $1000

The Tao subnet could be the difference market but I know very little about those so, good luck all if playing if not plenty more stocks out there to make money on, no need to get obsessed here or overweight!

The £10m investors won’t be able to make even a fraction of their holding as profit if they sell, the current cap diluted is what £12m so your going to try and sell 80% of it as profit? That’s impossible unless significant positive newsflow occurs and/or they are willing to hold very long term

Not calling this a buy ofc, looked good when the two TAO directors were involved and the funding came but at a whopping discount, what’s crazy is TAO raised at 1p per share but for whatever reason it hit 24p and is still 6p to buy, CLAI raises a whopping £10m and nobody wants to pay a premium (at least on this board)

As above not advice, and certainly not a buy recommendation, but if those £10m investors want to sell they won’t be selling it all in profit, unless this company does something truly special.

If they buy £10m bitcoin or thereabouts then the MVAV would be the cheapest on the market, by a country mile.

If they do somehow have something going with these TAO subnets, then maybe some of the raise was to cover that (as I suspect loss making until it generates significant revenues)

Anyway just posting my two cents, as above not advice.

No News for weeks then we see this registered on the 24th, if you ask the chatbot, it costs $52K to register which likely rules out someone 'messing with the share price'

we know these guys are well connected re: £100 investment into TAO

MDH just announced a 500K placing and its £12m cap already.

A £3m bitcoin purchase would put this fund on par with the likes of Vinanz and Tao Alpha, ~£30-50m market cap.

These all seem to shoot up 50% or more on most RNS so being in ahead of a guaranteed RNS statement just seems logical.

I think its a shrewd move, however at this stage you just need digital assets, can always pivot either way whilst we are building out. Obv once we conduct the £5m+ raises it would be nice to know what allocation is btc and what is eth.
