Market doesnt trust the company so the SP remains stuck down here. Even if the NAV is £10m... all paper and speculation until sold.

MP materials is up to $75 USD per share, with investment from Apple

$USAR, listed by Cohen and Co in January 2025, is trading at $17 per share (IPO was $8 per share, or was it $10?)

$MKA SPAC was estimated to list at $400m USD valuation to MKA

This was when $MP was $30 USD a share and $USAR was $12, but it has fluctuated past $17 in the past.

I wouldn't be surprised if the $MKAR SPAC still went ahead at $400m USD, but skyrocketed on IPO day by 50-100%.

Well at this price the tender is toast, 10% above 2.2p and it gets pulled.

Wonder if they will up it? Seems to be happy paying 2.6p+

Shame they never used any of the cash to take some positions in SATS etc. would be flying now.

BTC treasury has almost completely passed them by, real shame as at the peak that £3m cash position would have skyrocketed the company (would be back down now but likely still trading 2x)

Spot on VL, we keep reading on this board that TOR have two subnets, yes it could be a great investment but that's like saying I have two businesses and you have one... well your single business could be 10x better than both of mine put together.

The current TAO rewards to owners are tiny, TIR is only getting slightly more than CLAI so its not really an 'investment case' just yet IMHO, and in the future there will be many thousands of subnets, not the cap of 128 as it is today.

Still a nice revenue stream and good to have one (or two) of the subnets, but nobody knows how much they cost to run (they are not free) as this hasn't been disclosed, at current RR Id expect them both to be barely B/E

Nobody gives a crap about all that clean food / cannabis market now, overcrowded, barely profitable etc.

I’d rather sell it all and buy bitcoin, and I don’t want to do that.

AI will dominate like the internet did for the next 20 years, anyone who believes otherwise enjoy missing out on massive returns at your peril.

You can own 50 subnets it doesnt matter, what matters is the technology / AI protocol behind the subnets, if its a pile of steaming brown stuff then eventually the miners will move elsewhere, your emissions will crash and you'll eventually be kicked off the platform. (the kicking off part does take a while, so little risk there)

The key is to have one excellent subnet, not saying Cel Ai will have an excellent one, AI beauty / Skincare therapy consulting, not a bad idea to be fair skincare is a huge industry, expensive and complicated. But thats the fact of the matter. One subnet, two subnets, five subnets, makes no difference you need good Ai tech behind it otherwise nobody will stake because you wont be able to provide then with emissions / rewards.

if the SP is more than 10% over the tender price of 2.2p, it will be rejected anyway.

Looks like there were only around 20 trades or less on RNS below the current ask, so not too bad.

Only existing LTH could sell it down, agree 2.8 is the bottom here.

Was a superb RNS, lots of cash and investors / partners, always very strong when you have clear figures and parties interested.

IG is fantastic

Just a shame the tory govt decided to lower the CGT to £3K, and labour dont seem to bothered to change it...

Otherwise you could trade up to £12K profits commission free

However, to avoid a hefty tax bill (and the headache of declaring all your trades, which is a PITA) then the IG ISA (£24 a Q if you make 3 trades) isn't too bad a way to offset tax against upto £20K of investments (and any profits from those investments)

I am sure Labour will come for it of course in due course, but for now its the best way to invest.

Bucca I would love to stack TAO and I agree, the model and the operation resemble BTC in many ways its almost sure to replicate it to a high degree

I also dont know much about staking Tao (I know how it works) which can return yields of ~20% PA on the best performing subnets

Fact of the matter is, CLAI has £10m in funds (which I just found out about, from the horses mouth)

It also has 5 BTC on the books, and a bunch of SOL worth around £500K

We are looking at £11m in net assets vs the current market cap of £7m or thereabouts

Trading at around 0.7x premium

Sentiment is shot to bits due to the initial 66% discounted fundraise, and second the issue around the main market listing.

Once that sentiment returns (IMHO, post GM when all resolutions are passed) we should almost certainly trade back closer to NAV and IMHO surpass it.

Should be OK once the GM passes, then they can 'list' the shares properly on the AQSE

Placees paid 0.2p, I am sure they are not too worried whether it trades 2x NAV or 0.5x NAV, will be in this for more than a couple of weeks.

Just one of those rare instances where you can buy much lower than the £10m will be worth once the shares are issued. However as we know, sentiment drives stocks and this one needs a few good RNS statements to bring that back. And it will in due course. (All IMHO)

He is pushing the price up, and if the price is 10% higher than the tender on the tender date, it gets pulled.
