The simple answer (which sadly is very boring) is that LSE and ADVFN use automated trading software to guess whether a trade is a buy or sell based on the mid price. So if the ask is 17.5p and the sell is 17p the mid price of 17.25 will determine if the software marks the trade blue or red (buy or sell, higher or lower)

In cases of extreme volatility or significant buying/sells, the ask will drop and rise significantly in a short space of time, meaning the accuracy of actual buys and sells are misreported.

Cant put a price on this, just have to wait for funding and/or buy out offer (and that could be hostile)

When ELON MUSK says rare earths are not important, its the REFINING PROCESS which is rare and difficult and you have TWO major refining projects, one that RECYCLES EOL products and produces those very magnets and the other can process mined material then you can easily put a price on this company way north of £250m+ and that's being conservative when USAR just listed at $800m. This recycling technology is worth a billion +

If it carries on like this, over half the market cap will be covered in cash by the next FY after paying for exploration and dividends, they could in theory offer a 25% dividend from the next FY out if metrics stay the same. Incredible.

This and that aside, at £1.7m cap you can't really ask for more down this end of the market, you place your bets and deal with the outcome whatever it may be. Seller out, funds raised in Dec and now some very good news.

EMH now up 55%! Yes we are a higher market cap but our project is huge! 14% come on market, we were already undervalued by a significant amount regardless based on the recycling technology, this is a totally different project!

The EMH RNS is absolutely fantastic, what a read across that is.

Big Q is how much DD has already been carried out?

In that conformation letter, it states that member states of which each project is located, have already given approval ahead of the decision.

Second Q for me would be, have the banks already approved these projects as an MOU for example? Have the banks said if you give us a list of your approved projects, both at EU level and State level, then we will finance them?

Agree Gallmat, I would have put 75% of my chips on Pulawy and 25% on HyProMag GER

In a couple months all of our projects could be fully funded (esp. if the US announce the funding for the 3x Texas RE plants)

Honestly not sure if there has EVER been a better time to invest? Not to mention we have a nice chunk of cash in the bank, so zero funding fears for the foreseeable! WD and AL shrewd as ever, have set us up beautifully!

Think the US recycling project will get state funding next month so not too worried about Germany, as much as it is a big part of our plans. On a previous call the interviewer said he was invested in Cotec because he believed they would get the funding next month,

Pulawy has always been a bit of a mystery to me because it felt like a real 'paper' value project vs anything concrete, for example when you mine and explore you have value in the ground, where pulawy was all theory, like a white paper or business proposal, so I struggled to value that, could be hundreds of millions I dont know, but having the EU confirm it as a strategic project and give us access to funding would be an almighty statement and development, would put it up there as arguably our most valuable asset in the current form (even if the recycling is the most valuable IMO, pulawy would be £100m+ asset off the bat)

Pulawy is the big one, HyProMag GER as much as it should be super strategic, in theory it has already been 'funded'.

Pulawy needed if I recall 120m Euros so this will be huge if we are chosen, that Carester one in France got nearly 300m euro I believe a couple years back.

Also we signed a lease only last month which was strategic in itself.

there's an interview with a Finland news source that says 'rare earth recycling project' however not sure if they are talking about finland..
