Darktrace is not a FTSE blue chip.Therefore the SP movements are determined by the market makers for the stock.They manipulate the SP for their own profits.It is much less determined by buying and selling pressure

What a complete shambolic mess..It will take a long time for investing confidence to recover,just to get back to where SP was prior to suspension

3 delays to audited accounts..Revenue is now downgraded from preliminary statement last month.Profit is reduced from earlier..Finance officer leaves immediately (sacked in other words)Once suspension lifted l am expecting the SP to halve.

I think tomorrow revenue will be up substantially,trading will be good, but extra costs will reduce the bottom line.

Just like shoe zone yesterday with a surprising drop in SP inspite of company saying trading good in last update.Today the results were poor and a huge dive in SP..The insider's got pre knowledge of trading and sold day before..

No director's buying shares inspite of the low SP..No statement denying more funding needed..Draw your own conclusion as to whether it is a buy or sell situation

Notice how there are been no management statement to deny the rumoured rights issue..It would be appalling if there was a fund raising,when just a few days ago they denied cash needed.

If you read carefully to what the CEO wrote on RNS today,it amounts to nothing more than pure meaningless waffle..The cost overruns on the Thai project are worse than the profits warning given just two weeks ago..If your holding for 2/3 years than fine,but for me this is a sell until the company starts showing at least a small profit.
